Both Dr. Thomas McFadden and Dr. Peter Felice are board-certified plastic surgeons, and you can be confident knowing that you are in the care of highly-trained doctors that you can trust.

Some of Dr. McFadden’s specialties include Breast Augmentation, Breast Lifts, Liposuction, Tummy Tucks, Facelifts, Eyelid and Nose Surgery. He has also authored numerous publications in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Felice has comprehensive surgical background in facial aesthetic surgery, cosmetic breast surgery, male gynecomastia surgery, as well as body contouring surgeries including abdominoplasty, liposuction, and mommy-makeover aesthetic procedures.

Nothing but great things to say about ACS. From the receptionists, scheduling coordinators, NPs, anesthesia/surgery team and Dr. Felice himself, everybody has been wonderful. I felt well informed and prepared for my procedure and comfortable on the day of my procedure thanks to the surgery/recovery team. A special shout out to Ashley, the OR nurse. She made me feel less anxious and talked to me like she’s known me forever the morning of surgery which helped me relax. Dr. Felice is incredibly thorough, patient with my questions and kind. Not to mention he’s a wonderful surgeon. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.

Poked around to find an office in which I could arrive vulnerable about my insecurities and leave feeling heard and with fantastic results to show for it. I achieved both -- no question.ACS was referred to me and required an hour+ drive, but still, I would do it again.The office staff is welcoming, the environment calming and immaculate (clinically and aesthetically). Mostly, I couldn't be happier with my outcomes!I'm certain my experience is the norm, not an exception.A special shout out to Dr. Felice and Rachel -- my primary care team. They worked incredibly well together -- they listen carefully, explain things thoughtfully, and are uber-attentive to small detail. UPDATE ON MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: I previously gave Advanced Cosmetic's 1 star because I was so dissatisfied with the results of my mini-facelift to get rid of jowls. Since then, Dr. McFadden and his staff have contacted and met with me on numerous occasions and offered to redo the procedure at no or drastically reduced prices. I have had 3 procedures since my initial procedure in an effort to rid my face of jowls and, while they are not completely gone, they are not as noticeable, and Dr. McFadden is not finished yet. He is truly committed to make sure I am satisfied with the results of his work, and I sincerely appreciate that commitment. Thank you,

Dr. McFadden is a consummate professional. When you put your trust in someone to make improvements to your face, you are at the mercy of people you generally don’t know very well. At ACS , you can rest assured and relax in their expertise. I have been going to this office for years and have always been pleased with the results. Dr Felice did a tummy tuck and Lipo for me. I’m about 4 weeks post op. All I can say is from the surgery itself to the post op appointments I have felt supported and listened to by all the staff! With never having a major surgery like this one, I felt like I always had questions and I loved that when I did have questions I could call and be able to talk to Dr. Felice, Dr. McFadden or Laura the nurse practitioner directly. I am healing great and I can’t be happier with my results. Would highly recommend!

I did months of research and Dr. McFadden and ACS were the BEST and most highly recommended in EVERY category. I have been seeing Dr. McFadden for 10 years. He is an amazing and talented physician. But most importantly, he is compassionate and understanding. He takes the time to really communicate with his patients, ensuring the best care and ultimately great results. He strives to understand the goals of the patient. Unfortunately, I suffer from a chronic illness that often requires medications such as steroids that can cause adverse effects and changes in physical appearance. Dr. McFadden has been with me on this journey and worked with me to fight the terrible side effects of these medications.
