Age: 25 – 34
Patient: 30 year old female who has a severely deviated septum and a disproportionately large nose for her face with too much dorsal height and tip projection
Procedure: Open septorhinoplasty
Outcome: Much smaller, proportionate nose with a straightened septum and a concave dorsal slope with better dorsal height and tip projection.
