From check in to check out the entire experience was great! For reference I was specifically there for tattoo removal. Rachel was very professional, informative and personable. I was incredibly impressed with not only how meticulous she was on the procedure but also her overall concern with making sure I was okay. The fact that I felt zero pain during this speaks volumes, because I’ve had this done at another place and left in tears each time. I’m looking forward to seeing the results and will post before and after pics once the swelling and redness have subsided.
