We offer a wide range of cosmetic implants to enhance the appearance of both men and women. These implants can bring balance to your silhouette, definition to your muscles or highlight specific areas of your body you’d like emphasized.

Lip Implants

ENHANCE YOUR LIPS without the upkeep required by dermal fillers. We use PermaLip tapered silicone implants, which offer natural-looking volume and are far superior to past lip implants, which had unpredictable results. This silicone-based device is contoured to match the shape of your lips and is available in a variety of sizes.

A lip implant procedure takes less than 1 hour and is performed using local anesthesia. Full recovery takes 1–3 days. Anyone in good health who is interested in a permanent lip enhancement solution may be a candidate for this type of implant.

Chin Implants

Create a more attractive, balanced profile with a CHIN IMPLANT. We work with Su-Por and Porex implants, both of which are made of porous polyethylene. These firm, flexible implants integrate with the surrounding tissue to reduce the likelihood of migration or infection.

A chin implant involves approximately 1 week of downtime, and you’ll need to wait 3–4 weeks before resuming strenuous activity.

A good candidate has a chin that is receded compared to their other features. They must also have normal occlusion, meaning the upper and lower teeth meet each other appropriately.

Breast Implants

Create a rounder, fuller and firmer bustline with BREAST AUGMENTATION. Our camera-assisted surgical method minimizes scarring, and our range of saline and silicone implants from Allergan, Mentor and Sientra are available in different gel viscosities to fully customize the look and feel of your breasts.

Recovery from breast augmentation surgery is approximately 6 weeks, at which point the implants will have had time to settle and the final result will be visible. Candidates for this surgery are women in good health who wish to change the appearance of their small, sagging or asymmetrical breasts.

Gluteal Implants

Achieve a more dramatic silhouette with gluteal implants. Implantech devices in the size, shape and texture of your choice are inserted via strategically placed incisions to leave no visible scarring.

Recovery from this surgery takes approximately 2 weeks, during which you’ll need to sleep on your stomach and avoid sitting. We work with both women and men who want to enhance their buttock size, create more defined curves or correct asymmetry.

Dr. McFadden is absolutely outstanding! Over the past 10 years, he has performed numerous cosmetic procedures on me, and he has never failed to impress. Previously, I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair done by another surgeon at a different practice, but I was dissatisfied with the results, even after a revision. In November, I chose to have the same procedure performed by Dr. McFadden, and the results have been nothing short of remarkable! The photo to the left shows my abdomen one year after the initial tummy tuck, during which I experienced distension and hardness from day one post-op, with no changes over time. I was continually told by the first surgeon that it was merely swelling and fascia issues. The photo to the right, taken just 10 weeks after my tummy tuck with Dr. McFadden, highlights a significant improvement. As you can see, I am already quite flat despite some lingering swelling. I am eagerly anticipating what my final results will look like in a year! Dr. McFadden has truly become my hero through this procedure. I cannot recommend him highly enough for exceptional results. After all, who undergoes a tummy tuck without the goal of achieving a flat abdomen? That’s the entire purpose!

Treated respectfully, met with a knowledgeable employee who explained in educated detail regarding the procedure.

Cosmetic muscle implants enhance muscle contours for a more sculpted appearance. If diet and exercise aren’t getting you the results you want, muscle implants can be the final step in achieving your body composition goals.

The best candidates are people in generally good health, who are at a stable weight and are nonsmokers. Although most of our muscle augmentation surgeries are performed on men, some procedures such as calf implants are popular among women as well. If you’ve recently lost weight, we recommend you wait 4 months before considering surgery to ensure your weight has stabilized.

We use silicone implants from Implantech, which are soft, natural-looking and long-lasting. Most implants are prefabricated and then sculpted to fit your needs. For reconstructive procedures, we also create fully customized implants using CT scanning or moulage casting.

Pectoral Implants

Build definition in the chest with pectoral implants. If hours clocked in the gym have not improved a flat or sunken chest, silicone implants can help you achieve the muscular appearance you desire. Recovery takes 6–8 weeks.

Deltoid Implants

Broader, stronger-looking shoulders are within your reach! With deltoid implants, you can create more bulk and definition in the shoulder area. These implants can also correct congenital or traumatic deformities for a more symmetrical look. Expect to take about 1 week off work (longer if you have a physically demanding job) and 1 month to fully recover.

Calf implants

If you struggle with asymmetrical or disproportionate lower limbs, calf implants can create a more balanced, firm and defined appearance. Calf implants are inserted through small incisions at the back of the knee to minimize scarring. Recovery takes approximately 2 weeks, although the final aesthetic results won’t be visible for up to 8 weeks as swelling subsides.

When can I start working out again after my surgery?

Although this varies from person to person and the type of surgery you receive, most people can return to exercise after 6–8 weeks. We recommend planning a gradual return to your regular exercise routines to reduce the risk of complications.

Will I lose sensation in the areas of my implants?

In most cases, any loss of sensation post surgery is only temporary, lasting 6–8 months. It is possible, but very rare, that a loss of sensation is permanent.

Are implants permanent?

Depending on the type of implant you receive, the procedure is considered semipermanent to permanent. Breast implants last for 10–20 years while the chin implants we use are considered 100% permanent.

What are the risks of getting implants?

We work with the safest medical-grade devices available. However, any type of implant carries some risks. These include migration, infection, pain, loss of sensation, rupture and necrosis, among others. Reduce these risks by choosing a reputable, experienced surgeon for your procedure.

Do I need to go under general anesthesia?

All of our implant surgeries require general anesthesia, meaning you’ll need someone to drive you home after the procedure.

Many of our patients choose to undergo another procedure at the same time as their implant surgery. This option helps you minimize downtime and achieve more dramatic results. Procedures commonly paired with implants include:

  • ABDOMINOPLASTY/TUMMY TUCK: A combination of breast augmentation and a tummy tuck, sometimes called a “mommy makeover,” is popular among women who have a protruding lower stomach after pregnancy
  • HI-DEF LIPOSUCTION: This incredibly precise technique strategically carves away fat to increase muscle definition. It’s ideal for highlighting abs, pectorals and shoulder and arm muscles. Pair it with deltoid or pectoral implants for an even bigger impact
  • RHINOPLASTY: Nose surgery paired with a chin implant is a popular combination for men and women who wish to enhance their entire profile
