IPL in Greenville, SC

Photorejuvenation refers to the use of Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) to treat skin conditions and remove effects of photoaging such as wrinkles, spots, and textures.

If you want to look younger, but don’t have time for surgery, try noninvasive IPL treatments. The Icon Aesthetic System uses gentle intense pulsed light (IPL) technology to eliminate undesirable dark spots, wrinkles, and facial redness, without causing painful side effects.

The Icon delivers optimized light pulses to address some of the most common skin complaints. The gentle light pulses stimulate the immune system to naturally improve skin imperfections without harming the surrounding skin. Icon IPL treatments are safe for most skin types and can be used on the face, neck, chest, hands, and arms.

Photorejuvenation treatments only last about 30 minutes. Depending on the patient’s skin type, several sessions may be recommended to achieve the best results. Most people do not find IPL treatments uncomfortable, and they experience few side effects. A sunburn-like sensation and some minor swelling are the most common side effects, but they do not last long. Most patients are able to resume their normal activities immediately following in-office treatments without anyone realizing they just underwent an anti-aging procedure.

Advanced Cosmetic Surgery can remove unwanted dark spots, wrinkles, and visible veins to help you look younger. CONTACT US TODAY to schedule a consultation.

I highly recommend Catalina - she has been awesome and super helpful in explaining what to expect from laser hair removal treatments and answering any questions that I’ve had!

I had been going somewhere different for my laser tattoo removal. I wasn’t overly satisfied with the place I had been using. I had an appointment today for a treatment with Catalina and she couldn’t do my treatment due to it not being healed completely. She was very very informative and honest about the condition of my skin from the previous place doing it. I have some slight scaring and she suspected they had the laser turned too far up for the area. She was very thorough on what they require and also what will help my skin heal the most after treatments. Although I have not had any service provided I am very confident in the fact that they are professional and educated in every aspect. I look forward to my first treatment with her. 100000/10 recommend if you’re looking for an honest, professional with integrity of her patients over her paycheck

Love getting facials and chemicals peels here! McKenzie always does a fabulous job. I’ve also done many rounds of the BBL laser with Rachel. Everyone at Advanced Cosmetics is amazing 🤩

Abdominoplasty, a little Lipo on my bottom bananas, brow lift, jaw line tightening, blepharoplasty on my right eye that kept sticking closed and laser on my face and neck because all the other wasn’t enough. All of these took place within 7 days. I am heading in to week 3 of recovery, and progressing exactly as nurses Rachel and Breanna said I would. So far, results are akin to what I was told, so I’m confident as time moves along that I will continue seeing the improvement that I wanted. Dr McFadden is, in my opinion, a surgeon with extensive experience, gifted, and impressively willing to share that gift and his time with staff, teaching and guiding. This went a long way towards comforting me. Equally important, his front office team and nursing team have been impeccable, friendly, genuinely kind, and very knowledgeable. This has in no way been an easy journey, and I also want to say that one should be absolutely ready for this surgery or any kind or surgeries they offer, mentally and physically, because you are responsible for clearing yourself for surgery per their policy; and due to SC law allowing the patient to absorb any rescheduling costs from an elective surgery (not sure about which ones or others, but cosmetic for sure), specifically anesthetist or anesthesiology team, it could get expensive if you need to reschedule. In my case, I only had a 4 month window in SC, and this is my family’s home and where I feel most comfortable. However, based on logistics, I strongly recommend spreading these procedures out if you’re in the financial position and responsibilities allow.Overall, I would put absolute faith in Dr McFadden and his team for any procedures they offer. Again, caveat emptor, policy and logistics should be part of your decision making process. This is where I would put my money down, again and again, especially if I continue to spend time in the sun without enough protection. :)
