"Amazing Doctor with Caring Staff Equals RESULTS - In 2006 I went to Dr. McFadden for a mommy makeover. The quality care I received at ACS and the amazing results that was accomplished is what brought me back 17 years later for my Septorhinoplasty. I have put this surgery off for years even though my ENT kept persisting. There is no one else I would trust to perform this procedure. I was a challenging patient with a septum being deviated in multiple places as well as infant size airways. My main goal was to be able to breathe. I figured while Dr. Magic McFadden was is there he could take out my hump that I have had for 35 years. He mastered all the obstacles I threw at him. His staff was remarkable. From all the pre-op visits, the day of surgery and the visits after, they all were so informative with all the steps and procedures and what to expect. They truly care about you as a person. As far as my results, as you can see my hump is gone and my nose has more definition. However, what you can’t see is that I am no longer a mouth breather like I had been for over 30 years. I no longer take 2 medications that I was taking for constant congestion and sinus issues. This was much more that just a cosmetic procedure. It has changed my life and I am truly grateful for all that Dr. McFadden and his staff has done. "Best Botox administrator in town! - I'm 38 years old. I have 6 kids. I own and run a company with 15 employees full time.I started going exclusively to Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center for my routine botox, filler and skin care 5 years ago. (Prior to that, I was going to whatever practice had the best deal. That is a MAJOR problem people. Your doctor/nurse must understand your face and muscle structure along with history to inject for best results!)I've seen (and others always ask how) years shed from my face... glowing skin, no wrinkles, full lips and skin...all because I entrusted ACS and Dr. McFadden for the last 5 years. The staff knows the perfect amount to enhance and not over fill."

About 7 years ago I started to notice that upon getting injections, my forehead wrinkles would not disappear as they once did. When I went to ACS with this problem, they were experienced with handling patients that had similar "immunities" to injectables.Dr. McFadden was able to position the shots exactly where I needed and used a type of botox that actually worked. I'm incredibly thankful for him and the staff at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center for solving this problem and letting me continue wrinkle free for the past 7 years!"

"30 Yo Female with Protruding Ears - Greenville, SC - When I was a kid I was teased because of my ears and got nicknamed "monkey ears". They bent out and were distracting. I never wanted to get my hair wet in public and never pulled it up. I dreaded volleyball because ponytails were required. Since then I hid behind my hair. I had low self-esteem and always wished I could get my ears fixed. After college, I saved up for otoplasty. I had 2 consultations with different doctors but felt uneasy with them and wasn't very impressed with their before/after photos of ear patients. (They looked either pasted to their head or over-corrected). Then I found Dr. McFadden and am so happy I chose him! The staff was always kind and pleasant, the nurses were all so sweet, and Dr. Mcfaffaden does great work in so many procedures. He listens to concerns and comes up with solutions quickly. He clearly has the knowledge, experience, skill, and artistic touch it takes to reshape features with natural results.Updated on 18 May 2015:It has been about 3 months since my procedure. I have faithfully been using neosporin to help the scarring and have been wearing the headband every night to protect my ears even more at night. Unfortunately, they have relaxed a little too much. My left ear (which was the problem ear from night 1) at the top springs outward almost as much as it did before, so it doesn't seem to have held. :( I'm hoping it can be simply stitched back. They had noticed it sticks out more than the right side and that I should wait until at least 4 months to see how they position before we do anything more. My last follow-up appointment is in a few weeks. I'm just not liking how much they have relaxed...the left side sticks out too much for having had surgery; the right side is still good, so long as it doesn't pop out anymore. I'm hopeful that Dr. McFadden will fix them (especially the left ear back) just how he had it right after the procedure as that was the way I was really happy with. Will post photos later."

"Botox is the Best Thing I Have Ever Done - Greenville, SC - I am a 37 year old female with two teenagers and noticed lines between my brows and crows feet over 2 years ago. It began to bother me b/c even when I was looking straight ahead or when I woke up I had deep indention's in between my brows. had Botox to correct/stop lines around my eyes (crowfeet) and in between my brows. I have now done this 5 times over the last year and a half, I go about every 3 to 4 months. I love it b/c it is not immediately noticeable, it slowly stops the lines in between my brows and lines by my eyes over 3-4 days. They offer Botox coupons where you get money off depending on the amount of Botox given, the minimum is $20.00 given to your account and they keep up with this, they also have a various amount of specials run monthly. I have no cons at all and would recommend Dr. McFadden from Advanced Cosmetic Surgery and his staff to anyone who asks or I tell about them."
