It’s a little pricier than other places (sigh) but the results provided by the Injector Kristen are so perfect, it’s worth it. She’ll take 10yrs off your face. If you choose them, definitely request your appointment be with Kristen, you won’t regret it. I’ve had another injector (was disappointed in the results & had to come back for a touchup). I have received Botox from other clinics over the years as well and no other nurse has nails it like Kristen."

"I see Abby here for Botox injections for my migraines. She is so sweet and knowledgeable. I was fearful of getting a "frozen" appearance as I'm in my late 20's, and she made sure that didn't happen. She did an initial round of injections, then had me come back after they had set in the first visit before doing more to see how I would react to it. Everyone's face is different, and one side may take more than the other, so I really appreciated this extra step in ensuring that I was well taken care of and not "overdone". It's been months now and several visits later, I can truly say Botox has been a lifesaver. I used to be on RX migraine medication and refused to go back on them, this was my last result and I couldn't be more thankful I made that decision. I researched facilities and injectors 8 months before finalizing here. Definitely the right choice! They also have a points program that saves you so much money!! If you go here definitely sign up for points while waiting in the lobby. I've already saved hundreds. Choosing an experienced injector is key."

"Last update: after going back for my 4th time in all and seeing Dr McFadden the last 2 times. I believe I’m finally getting the results I wanted. I appreciate him taking his time perfecting how the Botox works for me personally. Everyone is different and perfection sometimes takes time and patience. Trust the process. I also love that this establishment does not make you wear mask but yet gives you the option to wear one or if you want to ask them to wear one, they will. The choice should be yours. I think everyone should follow these same protocols. I give extra star just for that alone. Great job at being a leader during these times and providing great service at the same time This will be lengthy! I just went in for Botox and possibly fillers. Ive been to few places including Med Spas for botox and lived all over so I am aware on how Botox works The 1 thing I didn’t like about this office was lack of communication especially with me being first time customer. I was never told prices, deals or anything, I got 35 units in 3 different areas at my first appointment because I was told he wanted to be conservative, I made it clear I liked nothing to move but was told we can always do more. I never had a day where the areas I received Botox didn’t move so the next week I called and was told they did free touch ups and was made an appointment for 2 weeks out. At my follow up I got 15 more units per doctor and I added a “lip flip” which I knew would be extra. I walked out paying way more then expected. I’ve never paid for touch ups in past at other places I was never told prices or that id be paying for anything other then the “lip flip” I was shocked but paid and left hoping this time I’d achieve no movement. After this “touch up” I still saw movement in all areas where Botox was placed. I started calling to ask them questions and no one answered, I even left a VM(no one ever called me back) the next week I tried calling A few more times and I finally spoke with lady and explained my situation. I just wanted to ask their office policy and few questions on Botox etc. I felt rushed and I didn’t even receive an apology from them not returning my call. She told me their touch ups consist of 3 units!! 3 units is all you will get free at a 2nd appointment with ACS! Here I am 6 weeks later 50 units later from 1st appointment and everything moves and my glabeller area never once was “frozen” It never paralyzed that area at all. It was as if that area wasn’t even given Botox. In the past I’ve always been able to achieve no movement in that area but not here. 600$ later and it’s as if I got nothing done. Also, my lipflip lasted 1 week. I don’t recommend it. It’s not worth the money. Lastly, when calling I felt like they didn’t have time for me or to answer any questions nor did I feel like they cared, while I was asking her questions she was having conversation with someone in office and didn’t ask me to hold or anything. I save for months to get Botox, it’s something I treat myself to when I can. At previous places I’ve never had a problem with achieving no movement and if I did need touch ups, I was always given more for free or some sort of deal while being treated equally. I had high hopes for ACS and wish them the best. I couldn’t find an email to send my experience with so this is where it went unfortunately. Update: was asked to come in to re-do Botox. I wasn’t expecting anything out of my review but was happy to hear they wanted to do anything they could to make sure I was happy. Will repost again with updates."
"Dr. Felice was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable when discussing the placement of Voluma in my cheeks. I've had this procedure done many times in the past. I felt MINIMAL discomfort and did not use a topical numbing agent. He has an excellent touch. I'm looking forward to seeing him again for filler in my lips."

"Dr. Felice is REMARKABLE! I came out a 32D and they fit my body so well - Absolutely perfect every single step of the way!I’m a 30y/o with 2 kids (7&4) and after nursing them both I lost all volume I had. To begin with I was only a B so there wasn’t anything left after my kids got ahold of them. I’m 5’1 and 130lbs; I told Dr. Felice I didn’t want to look like a cartoon version of myself, I just wanted to look 30. With that said on the day of surgery I gave him all the creative control while I was out. I would trust him with my kids, my mother, or my friends. He he very much geared toward the good of the patient and not money behind it. He has done my Botox and lip filler on several occasions as well. He never tries to push what he can get me to spend; hes 1000% honest! As far as his talent goes- he’s second to none. I have had the best experience being his patient. My BA has healed BEAUTIFULLY and it has just now only been a month. I came out a 32D and they fit my body so well, I’m not distorted and cartoonish. I feel classic! I really liked the after results of his prior patients. For 14 years, I had been really self-conscience about my stomach after giving birth. "Five stars! This was my first experience with Holland, Nurse Practitioner, with Advanced Cosmetic Surgery, Greenville, SC. Holland took her time to get to know me and discuss what results I wanted to achieve. She offered her suggestions on how to reach my goal and I was pleased with both her advice and her expertise. This was my first time getting Radiesse and Voluma, but Holland made me feel so comfortable, and was gentle! She numbed me first so the procedure was as comfortable as possible, and never tried to upsell or talk me into a treatment that would not be appropriate for my skin and overall objectives. Holland was fun to talk with and treated me like family, making me feel valued and welcome. This was my first trip at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery, and certainly won't be my last!"
"In the past I have seen my Dermatologist primarily for Botox. While they are great there, they do not participate in the Botox rewards program so I have been looking elsewhere (see my review of Back To 30 and why I will never go back) This time I chose ACS on the recommendation of a local mom. I did my research on them (Like I should have done at my previous place) and began following them on social media. Bam! Halloween special for two days: Botox $10.50 a unit. That's a nice special when you are used to paying $12 a unit at the Dermatologist or per area at a medical spa. Per area is tricky because an area could just be the line between your nose or one eye and they will put the maximum in forcing you to get the equal amount on the other. Not here!I do not remember the NPs name who administered the Botox. She was super energetic and friendly. She also didn't seem to have a face frozen from too much work. These people were my answer. We discussed my needs and she determined the precise amount ofBotox as my Dermatologist office. And she prepared it and injected it. No up sell or oversell. No quick in and out. It was great. The front office staff were very informative and told me how adorable my son is. On that last note; I know it may seem odd to bring your toddler to the doctors office much less to get Botox. But that's what happens when you are a mom and your kid isn't old enough for preschool. I didn't receive even a bad look from a client or staff. But, it would be great to have something for a child to do in such a nice office. It was tough filling out the 5 or 6 pages of paperwork and watching him so he doesn't destroy any fancy skin creams. I realize that clients don't want to watch Elmo but some children's book and a pillow to sit on in the corner can make mom much more relaxed. It's not the Apple store, I realize, but there wasn't even a WiFi password to play music on my ipad for him. He was fine and it's not a big issue; but I do think that a business that likely has a large customer base of women my age, should try to help a little. They won't have Halloween twizzlers to bribe my son next time!"

"Best Botox administrator in town! - I'm 38 years old. I have 6 kids. I own and run a company with 15 employees full time.I started going exclusively to Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center for my routine botox, filler and skin care 5 years ago. (Prior to that, I was going to whatever practice had the best deal. That is a MAJOR problem people. I recently went in to try the new 'Liquid Nose Job' as seen on the Today show, and am really surprised at how much the filler changed the shape of my nose. After an accident as a child, I was left with a lot of scar tissue. This procedure was able to make my nose look more symmetrical. Pam was great - I'm horrible with needles! "Botox is the Best Thing I Have Ever Done - Greenville, SC - I am a 37 year old female with two teenagers and noticed lines between my brows and crows feet over 2 years ago. It began to bother me b/c even when I was looking straight ahead or when I woke up I had deep indention's in between my brows. had Botox to correct/stop lines around my eyes (crowfeet) and in between my brows. I have now done this 5 times over the last year and a half, I go about every 3 to 4 months. I love it b/c it is not immediately noticeable, it slowly stops the lines in between my brows and lines by my eyes over 3-4 days. They offer Botox coupons where you get money off depending on the amount of Botox given, the minimum is $20.00 given to your account and they keep up with this, they also have a various amount of specials run monthly. I have no cons at all and would recommend Dr. McFadden from Advanced Cosmetic Surgery and his staff to anyone who asks or I tell about them."
