Over the years, I have had multiple procedures done including: earlobe repair by Dr. McFadden after my daughter pulled my earring out, botox & lip filler by a few different nurses, and a breast augmentation by Dr. Felice. "I recently had the pleasure of working with Dr. Felice at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery, who has performed breast augmentation, lip filler, and Botox for me. As a busy mom in my mid-30s, I was nervous about undergoing cosmetic surgery, but Dr. Felice put me at ease from the moment I met him. "Dr. Felice is REMARKABLE! I came out a 32D and they fit my body so well - Absolutely perfect every single step of the way!I’m a 30y/o with 2 kids (7&4) and after nursing them both I lost all volume I had. To begin with I was only a B so there wasn’t anything left after my kids got ahold of them. I’m 5’1 and 130lbs; I told Dr. Felice I didn’t want to look like a cartoon version of myself, I just wanted to look 30. With that said on the day of surgery I gave him all the creative control while I was out. I would trust him with my kids, my mother, or my friends. He he very much geared toward the good of the patient and not money behind it. He has done my Botox and lip filler on several occasions as well. He never tries to push what he can get me to spend; hes 1000% honest! As far as his talent goes- he’s second to none. I have had the best experience being his patient. My BA has healed BEAUTIFULLY and it has just now only been a month. I came out a 32D and they fit my body so well, I’m not distorted and cartoonish. I feel classic! "Best Botox administrator in town! - I'm 38 years old. I have 6 kids. I own and run a company with 15 employees full time.I started going exclusively to Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center for my routine botox, filler and skin care 5 years ago. (Prior to that, I was going to whatever practice had the best deal. That is a MAJOR problem people. Your doctor/nurse must understand your face and muscle structure along with history to inject for best results!)I've seen (and others always ask how) years shed from my face... glowing skin, no wrinkles, full lips and skin...all because I entrusted ACS and Dr. McFadden for the last 5 years. The staff knows the perfect amount to enhance and not over fill.Updated on 23 Sep 2019:I have been getting botox for over 14 years (I'm 41 now). About 7 years ago I started to notice that upon getting injections, my forehead wrinkles would not disappear as they once did. When I went to ACS with this problem, they were experienced with handling patients that had similar "immunities" to injectables.Dr. McFadden was able to position the shots exactly where I needed and used a type of botox that actually worked. I'm incredibly thankful for him and the staff at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center for solving this problem and letting me continue wrinkle free for the past 7 years!"

"I can't say enough about the staff and procedures at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery. I recently went in to try the new 'Liquid Nose Job' as seen on the Today show, and am really surprised at how much the filler changed the shape of my nose. After an accident as a child, I was left with a lot of scar tissue. This procedure was able to make my nose look more symmetrical. Pam was great - I'm horrible with needles! If I can get through it, anyone can."

"after turning 30, I have a new obsession with my skin and taking care of it and i obviously want to look my best. advanced cosmetic surgery is the champion of helping me out on my mission of beauty so far! the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, very warm and welcoming; which puts you at ease immediately, especially for first timers. I love that they have occasional specials on botox and juvederm because this makes it a little easier for a baller on a budget to afford to look and feel your best. makes the luxury a little more obtainable. even without the specials, they are not only the most affordable in town, but they're also the most professional and best at bringing out that beauty that might be hiding under a few wrinkles. also, teoxane is the most amazing product ever for those suffering from extremely dry skin. i love they didn't put any pressure on me to buy then and there, but rather allowed me to take home a few samples to see for myself and allow me to "Google it" on my own. thank you so much leslie and ashley for helping this girl get to fabulous!"
