"Dr. McFadden is wonderful and the whole experience has been wrapped in positive vibes and energy since the start. The office waiting room is beautiful with pretty decor and furniture making the experience even nicer. Advanced Cosmetic surgery has been almost a sanctuary for me in a stressful time in my life. I had a lift and complementary scar laser treatments to make them less noticeable. All of my visits (whether they are call in or part of the scheduled follow ups) are free of charge after paying for the initial surgery itself. I am so much happier after my lift. "I recently had laser treatments at ACS in Greenville, SC. My procedures were performed by Jo Ann. I have had several laser procedures over the years in other medical clinics but this is BY FAR the best experience I have had. I will never want anyone other than Jo to perform my laser procedures. She is a phenomenal nurse and much better than the M.D. that performed my last procedures at another clinic. "In two weeks since seeing Dr McFadden for a surgery consult I have used two other services at this practice both laser leg hair removal and Juviderm lip injection, Dr. McFadden has encouraged me to lose some weight before my tummy tuck and leg lipo and in two weeks I've lost 10.2 pounds.
