"I had been going somewhere different for my laser tattoo removal. I wasn’t overly satisfied with the place I had been using. I had an appointment today for a treatment with Catalina and she couldn’t do my treatment due to it not being healed completely. She was very very informative and honest about the condition of my skin from the previous place doing it. I have some slight scaring and she suspected they had the laser turned too far up for the area. She was very thorough on what they require and also what will help my skin heal the most after treatments. Although I have not had any service provided I am very confident in the fact that they are professional and educated in every aspect. I look forward to my first treatment with her. 100000/10 recommend if you’re looking for an honest, professional with integrity of her patients over her paycheck"

I was incredibly impressed with not only how meticulous she was on the procedure but also her overall concern with making sure I was okay. The fact that I felt zero pain during this speaks volumes, because I’ve had this done at another place and left in tears each time.
