"I have been seeing Dr. Felice for quite some time for my Botox injections. His attention to detail, and the way he achieves such natural looking results made me certain he was the surgeon for me when I got ready to have Upper Blepharoplasty. It was SO EASY! Under local, right in the office, and in an hour! I felt absolutely zero discomfort during the procedure and did not require pain medicine after. This was such a piece of cake! "I highly recommend Advanced Cosmetic Surgery and Dr. Felice. From the very beginning, he was honest and transparent with me regarding the procedure and realistic outcomes I could expect. Compared to other consultations I had, I was surprised (and grateful) at how much time Dr. Felice spent with me explaining the surgery in detail and listening to my goals and concerns. When my surgery date arrived, I was somewhat nervous, but Dr. Felice & his team quickly calmed my nerves and took great care of me. The OR nurse, Ashley, is incredible! Over the years, I have had multiple procedures done including: earlobe repair by Dr. McFadden after my daughter pulled my earring out, botox & lip filler by a few different nurses, and a breast augmentation by Dr. Felice. "I could honestly write a book on how INCREDIBLE my experience has been with Dr. Felice and his team. He answers all questions, gives such great honest detail during your consultation and you will instantly feel he is the right surgeon for the job. He is easy to talk too. "From my very first visit here, I felt at home! After meeting with Dr Felice, I left with all of the confidence I needed! That same day, I scheduled & paid my deposit to have my procedure done. At the time, I was unsure between two options but I eventually narrowed it down. I decided to go with a Mastopexy with implants! "I would like to share that I have always had the best results at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery. The front desk ladies are very nice and professional as well as they represent the clinic with their aesthetic appearance that you would expect in this type of office. Every member of Dr. McFadden's staff have been friendly as well as professional and knowledgeable. Now on to Dr. Tom McFadden and Dr. Peter Felice, they are two of the nicest physicians I have ever met. Their knowledge and skills are exceptional. I have been to other "top-notch" plastic surgeons in NC never being as quite as satisfied and proud of my results as here at ACS. Ashley Burel micro bladed my eyebrows and they are flawless. I no longer wear daily makeup and always get compliments about how beautiful my skin and face look. The next procedure on my wish list is to get high definition liposuction to my abdomen and back. My sister had it done by Dr. McFadden and her results are amazing. She now has a washboard abdomen. (Now if I could just win the lottery (of course that would require me to buying a lottery ticket).) "Tummy Tuck with Lipo and Muscle Plication - After I had my third child, I got in the best shape of my life. My core was my main focus and I wanted to be really strong there. After several years of training, I tried one round of Coolsculpting with great results. However, I ultimately wanted a different shape altogether. I carried this cuff of skin with a small amount of fat below it and I found myself always tucking it into clothes. Finally, 7 years after having my third child, I took the plunge and booked a consult at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery with Dr. Felice coming highly recommended due to his "perfectionist" style in the OR (which is what we all want and need!). He was down to earth while being clinically strong in his presentation. He asked what my expectations were. He gave gave me a realistic idea of the harder journey of recovery a tummy tuck involves. By the end of the consult, my little list of questions was answered. I was given a price quote immediately and schedule surgery at the end of the consult. My surgery was 4 weeks later and took around 4 hours. Week One was ROUGH, but not due to pain. Psychologically, I wasn't used to being chair-bound. I produced very little fluid and had my drains out after week one. Week Two was better, as was each successive week that followed. Week Three, the small amount of normal fluid that was around the Surgical site really began to dissipate, and I can really start to see the actual results of my tummy tuck. Simply put, they were amazing. By week Four, I could not believe my new body. That week, I also noticed how good my belly button was looking. I also remember having the thought that I actually felt like my old self again. I am now seven weeks postop, and apart from just a little bit of numbness, I feel back to my old self 100%. My incision is smooth and looks phenomenal. My drain sites are slowly filling in and look less dimpled. At my four week postop, I was cleared to exercise and submerged in water normally. There are a few things that I feel like being consistent with made a dramatic difference. I wear my garment around the clock. The only time it is off is in the shower. While it sometimes gets very annoying, it also provides a lot of comfort, and I like to get back into it as quickly as possible once it's off. I also stayed on my meds like clockwork. I weaned off of all pain meds by the end of the first week. I made sure to use stool softeners and MiraLAX. I'm very rarely regular, but I did not have a bowel movement until day five after my surgery. Because of the MiraLAX and stool softeners, it was very manageable. I made sure to have a powerlifting recliner to sit and sleep in initially, and that was a game changer. They are very affordable on Amazon. I also had a walker that I kept nearby and used a toilet seat lift. I made sure to shower every single day and do the exact protocol the doctor had suggested. Besides the supplements at the doctors office had given me to heal properly and it reduce bruising, I also purchased a lymphatic drainage supplement that I believe worked wonders for my body. I actually still take it now. I'm so thankful that I chose Dr. Felice for this surgery. He crossed every T and dotted every I. His care and clinical expertise was impressive and Impactful!"

"This review is for women seriously considering having a breast augmentation with Dr. Felice: The review is lengthy but worth it, I promise. My consult was easy. I felt like I was being heard and in the presence of a doctor who truly cares about what you want/need as a patient. I will say I would not do a consult if your not actually serious about moving forward. Obviously you want to respect the time and detail that goes into a consult so make sure you’re certain about treatment before making that first move. Lacy got me scheduled, gave me all the info I would need, scheduled all future appointments; I loved that preparation. Karysa was at the front desk at everyone of my visits and was on TOP of the phones, check ins and check outs; every time. Making sure everyone is always taken care of. Abbey and Kristen were the nurses at my post op visits and each were SO sweet, knowledgeable and attentive with me. I never felt rushed. Dr Felice, OR nurse Lacy and my anesthesiologist were more than what anyone could hope for. I already felt comfortable by this point but they made me feel like I was at home with family by my side. I understood everything that would happen, who would be there for me and I was just totally blown away by the quality of care. Dr Felice was available after hours for emergency calls (which was incredible). The healing process has been effortless, you just have to listen and take their pre op and post op instructions seriously; do them all. My incisions are so small and I can’t see them anyways. I’m 5 weeks out and feel so beautiful. I’m getting tear-y eyed just writing this. This has changed my life, my confidence and ultimately my happiness. I love love love this office and the staff and you would truly be missing out if you chose anyone else."

He he very much geared toward the good of the patient and not money behind it. He has done my Botox and lip filler on several occasions as well. He never tries to push what he can get me to spend; hes 1000% honest! As far as his talent goes- he’s second to none. I have had the best experience being his patient. My BA has healed BEAUTIFULLY and it has just now only been a month. I came out a 32D and they fit my body so well, I’m not distorted and cartoonish. I feel classic! Not crazy but it’s unavoidable for some people, just depends on your skin and body. So I will be getting GalaFLEX in as well as a larger implant "

"Amazing Outcome - Amazing! I am a 40 year old black american female who really did not believe in cutting on the body but Dr. Felice and his staff were amazing in customer service calling and checking up on you making sure you were OK and satisfied. i was a 32k and desperately needed a reduction and the procedure was swift and recovery better than i thought.
