"Dr. McFadden and his staff are great! - After doing some research for a plastic surgeon for a tummy tuck, I went in for a tummy tuck December 2019. I really liked the after results of his prior patients. For 14 years, I had been really self-conscience about my stomach after giving birth. I did not let anyone see it, nor would I look at it myself. I am so happy with my results now!I also had chin and cheek lipo. I have always had big cheeks and wanted a slimmer appearance in the jaw line. I am super happy with those results and the tummy tuck.Because of the great experience, I also returned for other services: Votiva and Botox. "Best Botox administrator in town! - I'm 38 years old. I have 6 kids. I own and run a company with 15 employees full time.I started going exclusively to Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center for my routine botox, filler and skin care 5 years ago. (Prior to that, I was going to whatever practice had the best deal. That is a MAJOR problem people. Your doctor/nurse must understand your face and muscle structure along with history to inject for best results!)I've seen (and others always ask how) years shed from my face... glowing skin, no wrinkles, full lips and skin...all because I entrusted ACS and Dr. McFadden for the last 5 years. The staff knows the perfect amount to enhance and not over fill."

About 7 years ago I started to notice that upon getting injections, my forehead wrinkles would not disappear as they once did. When I went to ACS with this problem, they were experienced with handling patients that had similar "immunities" to injectables.Dr. McFadden was able to position the shots exactly where I needed and used a type of botox that actually worked. I'm incredibly thankful for him and the staff at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center for solving this problem and letting me continue wrinkle free for the past 7 years!"

"Mom of 4 with Much Needed Mommy Time - Greenville, SC - Wonderful staff at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery. I love this office! It's your best one stop shop for everything. I go here for facials and botox treatments. I was quite nervous and afraid of getting Botox at first. However, the nurses are highly trained and very professional. They address any problems and concerns you have before and after treatment. Ashley the esthetician is absolutely amazing! I wouldn't trust my skin with anyone else!"
"This Place is Awesome! Great Staff! - Greenville, SC - My experience at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery was AWESOME! I was super nervous and I had never had botox done before, but the staff there made me feel really comfortable about it. They gave me several options on things they could do to make the process go as smoothly as possible and talked to me about each step as the procedure progressed. Holland was super gentle and did a fantastic job!The result? The very best eyebrow arch I've ever had in my whole life. I will definitely do this again! Thanks, ACS!Updated on 13 Jul 2016:I have to tell you...there is no better place for cosmetic help than ACS! The team there is so helpful, so knowledgeable, and so friendly! They really take the "nerves" out of having procedures done there. I was recently in an automotive accident that left me with scars on my face. Dr. McFadden advised me in my options and worked with me on doing what I could to make them less noticeable. He cares so much for his patients and really helps you understand the procedure. "Trying to Maintain a Youthful Appearance! - Greenville, SC - I am a 46 year old empty-nester who has found myself back in the dating scene. I don't feel even close to that age on the inside and wanted the outside to reflect that as well. I came to Advanced Cosmetic Surgery for Botox--I didn't like the forehead wrinkles that had suddenly appeared. The staff at ACS is so friendly and welcoming and the Botox injection was virtually painless. I could see an immediate difference in my forehead and am very, very pleased with the results! "Botox is the Best Thing I Have Ever Done - Greenville, SC - I am a 37 year old female with two teenagers and noticed lines between my brows and crows feet over 2 years ago. It began to bother me b/c even when I was looking straight ahead or when I woke up I had deep indention's in between my brows. had Botox to correct/stop lines around my eyes (crowfeet) and in between my brows. I have now done this 5 times over the last year and a half, I go about every 3 to 4 months. I love it b/c it is not immediately noticeable, it slowly stops the lines in between my brows and lines by my eyes over 3-4 days. They offer Botox coupons where you get money off depending on the amount of Botox given, the minimum is $20.00 given to your account and they keep up with this, they also have a various amount of specials run monthly. I have no cons at all and would recommend Dr. McFadden from Advanced Cosmetic Surgery and his staff to anyone who asks or I tell about them."
