"I see Abby here for Botox injections for my migraines. She is so sweet and knowledgeable. I was fearful of getting a "frozen" appearance as I'm in my late 20's, and she made sure that didn't happen. She did an initial round of injections, then had me come back after they had set in the first visit before doing more to see how I would react to it. Everyone's face is different, and one side may take more than the other, so I really appreciated this extra step in ensuring that I was well taken care of and not "overdone". It's been months now and several visits later, I can truly say Botox has been a lifesaver. I used to be on RX migraine medication and refused to go back on them, this was my last result and I couldn't be more thankful I made that decision. I researched facilities and injectors 8 months before finalizing here. Definitely the right choice! They also have a points program that saves you so much money!! If you go here definitely sign up for points while waiting in the lobby. I've already saved hundreds. Choosing an experienced injector is key."
"I would like to share that I have always had the best results at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery. The front desk ladies are very nice and professional as well as they represent the clinic with their aesthetic appearance that you would expect in this type of office. Every member of Dr. McFadden's staff have been friendly as well as professional and knowledgeable. Now on to Dr. Tom McFadden and Dr. Peter Felice, they are two of the nicest physicians I have ever met. Their knowledge and skills are exceptional. I have been to other "top-notch" plastic surgeons in NC never being as quite as satisfied and proud of my results as here at ACS. Ashley Burel micro bladed my eyebrows and they are flawless. I no longer wear daily makeup and always get compliments about how beautiful my skin and face look. The next procedure on my wish list is to get high definition liposuction to my abdomen and back. My sister had it done by Dr. McFadden and her results are amazing. She now has a washboard abdomen. (Now if I could just win the lottery (of course that would require me to buying a lottery ticket).) Let me close by saying you do not have to win the lottery to afford to get your services and surgery at ACS. I highly recommend any service or surgery at ACS. You won't be disappointed. I've posted a close up of my face, please no judgement on my hair (it is the wind). I live in Greensboro. NC. The drive is worth it to me to Advanced Cosmetic Surgery."
"Went in for gynecomastia/Lipo. Staff was exceptional. Surgeon & surgical tech were wonderful and took their job very seriously. Process was very easy, professional, & as pain free as possible. I had everything I needed for the procedure before and after for PreOp and recovery. Highly recommend. They offer cash discounts as well."
"I am getting laser hair removal done on my head at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery, and the staff here has been amazing. The receptionist and scheduler are always incredibly friendly, and Ashley has been wonderful and highly competent with the laser. I've shaved my head for a few years now and I've gotten tired of how frequently I have to shave to maintain the bald look -- thanks to Ashley and ACS, I'm well on my way to being completely bald without having to shave all the time."
"In the past I have seen my Dermatologist primarily for Botox. While they are great there, they do not participate in the Botox rewards program so I have been looking elsewhere (see my review of Back To 30 and why I will never go back) This time I chose ACS on the recommendation of a local mom. I did my research on them (Like I should have done at my previous place) and began following them on social media. Bam! Halloween special for two days: Botox $10.50 a unit. That's a nice special when you are used to paying $12 a unit at the Dermatologist or per area at a medical spa. Per area is tricky because an area could just be the line between your nose or one eye and they will put the maximum in forcing you to get the equal amount on the other. Not here!I do not remember the NPs name who administered the Botox. She was super energetic and friendly. She also didn't seem to have a face frozen from too much work. These people were my answer. We discussed my needs and she determined the precise amount ofBotox as my Dermatologist office. And she prepared it and injected it. No up sell or oversell. No quick in and out. It was great. The front office staff were very informative and told me how adorable my son is. On that last note; I know it may seem odd to bring your toddler to the doctors office much less to get Botox. But that's what happens when you are a mom and your kid isn't old enough for preschool. I didn't receive even a bad look from a client or staff. But, it would be great to have something for a child to do in such a nice office. It was tough filling out the 5 or 6 pages of paperwork and watching him so he doesn't destroy any fancy skin creams. I realize that clients don't want to watch Elmo but some children's book and a pillow to sit on in the corner can make mom much more relaxed. It's not the Apple store, I realize, but there wasn't even a WiFi password to play music on my ipad for him. He was fine and it's not a big issue; but I do think that a business that likely has a large customer base of women my age, should try to help a little. They won't have Halloween twizzlers to bribe my son next time!"
"Wow I had an amazing experience today to take care of my acne I can't wait to be able to go out with out make up and not have to worry about that craziness on my face the staff is absolutely amazing and sweet ! I totally recommend this place !"
"I have to sing the praises of Dr. McFadden. It was 8yrs ago I first visited this office for breast augmentation. I had the best experience (and results) before, during, and now 8yrs after - still with zero complications (knock on wood). My mother, who accompanied me during each visit and procedure, was so impressed by Dr. McFadden that she booked her tummy tuck/liposuction through him. Fast forward 3yrs, she's still looking great... and back to the point of this post, she recommended Dr. McFadden to a coworker for her breast augmentation. Hey, go figure, her results were amazing too! Lastly, my mother is now saving up money for her own breast augmentation ... and guess who's the only doctor we trust? Definitely worth every penny. Thank you guys for always taking care of us and everyone my mom refers, haha."

"The team at Advanced is top notch. I was having skincare issues that included acne, sunspots, and uneven skintone. I took advantage of the obaji 90 day event and it has been really cost effective. I have been on the system almost 60 days and the results have been absolutely great. Ashley is a delight everytime I go to the office for follow-ups. I couldn't ask for a better skincare coach! I know that Advanced has many competitors in town to choose from but I recommend them highly!"

"after turning 30, I have a new obsession with my skin and taking care of it and i obviously want to look my best. advanced cosmetic surgery is the champion of helping me out on my mission of beauty so far! the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, very warm and welcoming; which puts you at ease immediately, especially for first timers. I love that they have occasional specials on botox and juvederm because this makes it a little easier for a baller on a budget to afford to look and feel your best. makes the luxury a little more obtainable. even without the specials, they are not only the most affordable in town, but they're also the most professional and best at bringing out that beauty that might be hiding under a few wrinkles. also, teoxane is the most amazing product ever for those suffering from extremely dry skin. i love they didn't put any pressure on me to buy then and there, but rather allowed me to take home a few samples to see for myself and allow me to "Google it" on my own. thank you so much leslie and ashley for helping this girl get to fabulous!"
