"I highly recommend Advanced Cosmetic Surgery and Dr. Felice. From the very beginning, he was honest and transparent with me regarding the procedure and realistic outcomes I could expect. Compared to other consultations I had, I was surprised (and grateful) at how much time Dr. Felice spent with me explaining the surgery in detail and listening to my goals and concerns. When my surgery date arrived, I was somewhat nervous, but Dr. Felice & his team quickly calmed my nerves and took great care of me. The OR nurse, Ashley, is incredible! "Amazing Doctor with Caring Staff Equals RESULTS - In 2006 I went to Dr. McFadden for a mommy makeover. The quality care I received at ACS and the amazing results that was accomplished is what brought me back 17 years later for my Septorhinoplasty. I have put this surgery off for years even though my ENT kept persisting. There is no one else I would trust to perform this procedure. I was a challenging patient with a septum being deviated in multiple places as well as infant size airways. My main goal was to be able to breathe. I figured while Dr. Magic McFadden was is there he could take out my hump that I have had for 35 years. He mastered all the obstacles I threw at him. His staff was remarkable. From all the pre-op visits, the day of surgery and the visits after, they all were so informative with all the steps and procedures and what to expect. They truly care about you as a person. As far as my results, as you can see my hump is gone and my nose has more definition. However, what you can’t see is that I am no longer a mouth breather like I had been for over 30 years. I no longer take 2 medications that I was taking for constant congestion and sinus issues. This was much more that just a cosmetic procedure. It has changed my life and I am truly grateful for all that Dr. McFadden and his staff has done. If you are looking to have any procedure at all done I urge you to get a consultation at ACS because you won’t be disappointed."
"After visiting 3 different surgeons for a breast augmentation consultation and not being pleased with the outcome, I found Dr. Felice! "Great team that pays attention to detail. I went in because I had a weird spot on my nose that never healed. Turns out I had basal cell carcinoma. I later found out I had the same thing on my forehead. I had moh's surgery because they were in sensitive spots and you can't even tell I had surgery because it's healed so nicely!! Dr. Hawkins was gentle and got it out on the first try for each! He made himself available for text and call if I had any questions or concerns. They really went above and beyond and I'll have my yearly checks there now."

Over the years, I have had multiple procedures done including: earlobe repair by Dr. McFadden after my daughter pulled my earring out, botox & lip filler by a few different nurses, and a breast augmentation by Dr. Felice. "Hello, I saw Dr. Thomas McFadden for a scar revision on my nose. I had went elsewhere for a consultation with a woman Dr. Who made me feel humiliated for my scar. She also examined my entire face. She had only given me one option of treatment which was fat grafting. I was extremely nervous coming here after such an upsetting experience elsewhere. Dr. McFadden was warm, kind, compassionate. When I cried here he offered me a tissue, unlike other place I was at. He did not make me feel embarrassed, or worse for having a scar. I’m human after all. More importantly he took the time to explain to me many different options for treating it, opposed to the one option I was given elsewhere, and which he felt would be the best. "ACS has been amazing from beginning, throughout the entire process. Every staff member is friendly and professional from the front desk, to the nurse anesthetist, they are all clearly there to help so you have the best experience possible. Morgan was especially amazing and truly helped calm nerves prior to surgery with her bubbly personality. Dr. McFadden is not only clearly talented at what he does, but also has awesome bedside manners. Very personable and friendly but also straightforward to ensure expectations are realistic. I received a tummy tuck, trunk lipo, thighs lipo and chin lipo. I love how they go the extra step to ensure the best results, like measurement for two compression garments post surgery and providing bromelain in addition to other vitamins and medications. The facility parking can be a bit tight, but the facility itself is very modern and clean. My husband was very comfortable waiting throughout my surgery and the staff were awesome at keeping him up to date. Highly recommend ACS. They’re the best in the upstate and I will definitely be returning for future needs."

"I see Abby here for Botox injections for my migraines. She is so sweet and knowledgeable. I was fearful of getting a "frozen" appearance as I'm in my late 20's, and she made sure that didn't happen. She did an initial round of injections, then had me come back after they had set in the first visit before doing more to see how I would react to it. Everyone's face is different, and one side may take more than the other, so I really appreciated this extra step in ensuring that I was well taken care of and not "overdone". It's been months now and several visits later, I can truly say Botox has been a lifesaver. I used to be on RX migraine medication and refused to go back on them, this was my last result and I couldn't be more thankful I made that decision. I researched facilities and injectors 8 months before finalizing here. Definitely the right choice! They also have a points program that saves you so much money!! If you go here definitely sign up for points while waiting in the lobby. I've already saved hundreds. Choosing an experienced injector is key."

"Last update: after going back for my 4th time in all and seeing Dr McFadden the last 2 times. I believe I’m finally getting the results I wanted. I appreciate him taking his time perfecting how the Botox works for me personally. Everyone is different and perfection sometimes takes time and patience. Trust the process. I also love that this establishment does not make you wear mask but yet gives you the option to wear one or if you want to ask them to wear one, they will. The choice should be yours. I think everyone should follow these same protocols. I give extra star just for that alone. Great job at being a leader during these times and providing great service at the same time This will be lengthy! I just went in for Botox and possibly fillers. Ive been to few places including Med Spas for botox and lived all over so I am aware on how Botox works The 1 thing I didn’t like about this office was lack of communication especially with me being first time customer. I was never told prices, deals or anything, I got 35 units in 3 different areas at my first appointment because I was told he wanted to be conservative, I made it clear I liked nothing to move but was told we can always do more. I never had a day where the areas I received Botox didn’t move so the next week I called and was told they did free touch ups and was made an appointment for 2 weeks out. At my follow up I got 15 more units per doctor and I added a “lip flip” which I knew would be extra. I walked out paying way more then expected. I’ve never paid for touch ups in past at other places I was never told prices or that id be paying for anything other then the “lip flip” I was shocked but paid and left hoping this time I’d achieve no movement. After this “touch up” I still saw movement in all areas where Botox was placed. I started calling to ask them questions and no one answered, I even left a VM(no one ever called me back) the next week I tried calling A few more times and I finally spoke with lady and explained my situation. I just wanted to ask their office policy and few questions on Botox etc. I felt rushed and I didn’t even receive an apology from them not returning my call. She told me their touch ups consist of 3 units!! 3 units is all you will get free at a 2nd appointment with ACS! Here I am 6 weeks later 50 units later from 1st appointment and everything moves and my glabeller area never once was “frozen” It never paralyzed that area at all. It was as if that area wasn’t even given Botox. In the past I’ve always been able to achieve no movement in that area but not here. 600$ later and it’s as if I got nothing done. Also, my lipflip lasted 1 week. I don’t recommend it. It’s not worth the money. Lastly, when calling I felt like they didn’t have time for me or to answer any questions nor did I feel like they cared, while I was asking her questions she was having conversation with someone in office and didn’t ask me to hold or anything. I save for months to get Botox, it’s something I treat myself to when I can. At previous places I’ve never had a problem with achieving no movement and if I did need touch ups, I was always given more for free or some sort of deal while being treated equally. I had high hopes for ACS and wish them the best. I couldn’t find an email to send my experience with so this is where it went unfortunately. Update: was asked to come in to re-do Botox. I wasn’t expecting anything out of my review but was happy to hear they wanted to do anything they could to make sure I was happy. Will repost again with updates."

"This review is for women seriously considering having a breast augmentation with Dr. Felice: The review is lengthy but worth it, I promise. My consult was easy. I felt like I was being heard and in the presence of a doctor who truly cares about what you want/need as a patient. I will say I would not do a consult if your not actually serious about moving forward. Obviously you want to respect the time and detail that goes into a consult so make sure you’re certain about treatment before making that first move. Lacy got me scheduled, gave me all the info I would need, scheduled all future appointments; I loved that preparation. Karysa was at the front desk at everyone of my visits and was on TOP of the phones, check ins and check outs; every time. Making sure everyone is always taken care of. Abbey and Kristen were the nurses at my post op visits and each were SO sweet, knowledgeable and attentive with me. I never felt rushed. I understood everything that would happen, who would be there for me and I was just totally blown away by the quality of care. The healing process has been effortless, you just have to listen and take their pre op and post op instructions seriously; do them all. My incisions are so small and I can’t see them anyways. I’m 5 weeks out and feel so beautiful. I’m getting tear-y eyed just writing this. This has changed my life, my confidence and ultimately my happiness. I came out a 32D and they fit my body so well - Absolutely perfect every single step of the way!I’m a 30y/o with 2 kids (7&4) and after nursing them both I lost all volume I had. "31 year old with 3 kids and 50lbs of weight loss - After doing lots of research I went with Dr.McFadden. So far I can’t say enough positives about him and his staff. From making the appointment to my consultation and surgery. When I went in Dr.McFadden answered all my questions and was very kind. I originally though I would need small implants with my lift to achieve the upper crest fullness and he was very honest that it would give me that but only for a short while until they settle and implants put more weight on the breast and could increase the chance of needing another lift along the way. I appreciated him explaining that a lot. He even explained to me how I was wearing the wrong band size and I needed to go on smaller for support. I opted for a breast lift without implants. When I had additional questions the week before I contact the care coordinator and set me up for another consultation the day before surgery to make sure all my questions were answered. I one day post op and am very little pain more uncomfortable than anything. I’ll keep updated on my progress! But so far I am extremely pleased.Updated on 15 Dec 2018:Not a lot of pain today, haven’t taken a pain pill all day. I’ll get an occasional pain underneath in the anchor pet of the scar but that’s it. I’m actually really surprised at how little pain there is. A little bit of bruising but it’s pretty minimal, maybe because of all the vitamins they have had me take. Updated on 18 Dec 2018:Some of the strips fell off between last night and today and oh man was I not ready to see what’s underneath. The scars looks freaky. Stitches around the nipple come out tomorrow at my appointment. I’m starting to notice my nipples aren’t even. I’m gonna have to remember to ask about that tomorrow. Updated on 19 Dec 2018:I had my 1 week post op appointment today. They removed the rest of the strips and took out like half the stitches. I’m actually surprised how well the vertical scar looks. "In the past I have seen my Dermatologist primarily for Botox. While they are great there, they do not participate in the Botox rewards program so I have been looking elsewhere (see my review of Back To 30 and why I will never go back) This time I chose ACS on the recommendation of a local mom. I did my research on them (Like I should have done at my previous place) and began following them on social media. Bam! Halloween special for two days: Botox $10.50 a unit. That's a nice special when you are used to paying $12 a unit at the Dermatologist or per area at a medical spa. Per area is tricky because an area could just be the line between your nose or one eye and they will put the maximum in forcing you to get the equal amount on the other. Not here!I do not remember the NPs name who administered the Botox. She was super energetic and friendly. She also didn't seem to have a face frozen from too much work. These people were my answer. We discussed my needs and she determined the precise amount ofBotox as my Dermatologist office. And she prepared it and injected it. No up sell or oversell. No quick in and out. It was great. The front office staff were very informative and told me how adorable my son is. On that last note; I know it may seem odd to bring your toddler to the doctors office much less to get Botox. But that's what happens when you are a mom and your kid isn't old enough for preschool. I didn't receive even a bad look from a client or staff. But, it would be great to have something for a child to do in such a nice office. It was tough filling out the 5 or 6 pages of paperwork and watching him so he doesn't destroy any fancy skin creams. I realize that clients don't want to watch Elmo but some children's book and a pillow to sit on in the corner can make mom much more relaxed. It's not the Apple store, I realize, but there wasn't even a WiFi password to play music on my ipad for him. He was fine and it's not a big issue; but I do think that a business that likely has a large customer base of women my age, should try to help a little. They won't have Halloween twizzlers to bribe my son next time!"

"Very good team - I'm a few weeks post-op for full lower extremity liposuction and can already tell a difference. Dr. McFadden discussed my expectations with me and he really listened. Dr. McFadden's team is great. They are very nice and willing to answer any questions I have. However, the surgical tech did nothing to make me feel more comfortable. She doesn't seem to be as much of a people person. I would like to mention a few things that I think the staff should consider.1. A patient should be given the option to what happens to the before and after photos. For my breast augmentation with a different surgeon, I had to sign a release to allow them to be put on the surgeon’s website. I could be wrong, but I thought the release that I signed here was only a general release about the photos. I realize they need to be taken, but I'd prefer mine to be limited to my file.2. What will happen in the operating room should be explained completely to the patient beforehand which leads me to #3.3. A patient’s dignity should be preserved as much as possible. A patient should not be uncovered until it’s absolutely necessary and the patient is asleep. I had to stand on a pad open to the doorway to the hall completely naked w/ my arms out while I was washed from head to toe with betadine before climbing up on the table (still completely naked). I knew that IT WAS NECESSARY and that it WOULD BE EMBARRASSING and I was right. However, I was not warned ahead of time. That's my big issue. It was just a shock that I was not prepared for. • I would think that it would be easy to have a 3-sided partition setup next to the table open to the table for the patient to stand behind while being washed down so that they don't feel so exposed in a large, cold room. • I realize the team needed to be able to flip me during surgery, but I still feel that surgical drapes could be used from the waist up. It only takes a few minutes to remove a surgical drape, flip the patient, then replace with another sterile surgical drape. • There should be a high drape at the patient's head between the anesthesiologist and the surgery being performed before the patient is uncovered. "Liposuction Here I Come - I’ve worked out for years and tried everything in the book. At the end of the day I like food and lack discipline but once I?m in a routine i stay consistent. Liposuction will give the confidence to continue my journey. I?m getting excited! Updated on 21 Dec 2017:Pre-Op and post op sneak peek; I had every intention of putting more on here but it seems as if my nerves got the best of me. The before pictures were right before the doctor started drawing on me. I have small rolling veins and didn’t consider. So the anesthesiologist has to insert the IV into my hand after numerous tries. They like to only stick you once so I prayed that of this was for me, it would work. AND it did! Once I was in the OR and they administered the anesthesia, I don’t remember much. The last picture is of everything they took out. My mom and girl friend said it looked like chitterlings. LOL. The pain is UNREAL when I try to move around but when I’m still, it’s bearable. I have my first doctors appointment on the 27th so 1 more day. I’m down to pain medicine once a day and vitamins 3 times a day. I don’t see a change at all but I’m being patient. There’s hopefully an option for correction but I can’t do anything if I will feel the pain that I felt before. "

I couldn't find another place on this site to tell this side story. So if there's a better place for this little story...oops! Anyway, I became pregnant 2 years after a tummy tuck. I was happy about the pregnancy but afraid of ruining my results. I was very conscious about my eating and exercise to control my weight gain. I gained about 25-30 lbs. My tummy tuck didn't suffer AT ALL from the pregnancy. I did choose to have some other areas addressed about a year after that pregnancy (love handle looseness). That revision was about $1-1.5k. I didn't absolutely need it, but it was an area I ALWAYS obsessed about and am PLEASED with this procedure already...it hasn't even been two weeks yet. My advice is to watch the weight gain. Eat adequate protein and fresh fruits and vegis. Try to workout too. I lifted weights and ran until a week before I delivered and was fine. Just keep in candid conversation with your doc about your diet and physical activity to ensure health of pregnancy and baby. It's not a death sentence to your flat tummy to get pregnant after a tummy tuck. Just make healthy choices!"

Surgery went well except for heavy bleeding from varicose veins on the abdomen. As a result of the excess bleeding, my body produced an excess of fluid and created a huge seroma, covering my entire abdomen. My plastic surgeon was amazing! "30 Yo Female with Protruding Ears - Greenville, SC - When I was a kid I was teased because of my ears and got nicknamed "monkey ears". They bent out and were distracting. I never wanted to get my hair wet in public and never pulled it up. I dreaded volleyball because ponytails were required. Since then I hid behind my hair. I had low self-esteem and always wished I could get my ears fixed. After college, I saved up for otoplasty. I had 2 consultations with different doctors but felt uneasy with them and wasn't very impressed with their before/after photos of ear patients. (They looked either pasted to their head or over-corrected). Then I found Dr. McFadden and am so happy I chose him! I have faithfully been using neosporin to help the scarring and have been wearing the headband every night to protect my ears even more at night. Unfortunately, they have relaxed a little too much. My left ear (which was the problem ear from night 1) at the top springs outward almost as much as it did before, so it doesn't seem to have held. :( I'm hoping it can be simply stitched back. They had noticed it sticks out more than the right side and that I should wait until at least 4 months to see how they position before we do anything more. My last follow-up appointment is in a few weeks. I'm just not liking how much they have relaxed...the left side sticks out too much for having had surgery; the right side is still good, so long as it doesn't pop out anymore. I'm hopeful that Dr. McFadden will fix them (especially the left ear back) just how he had it right after the procedure as that was the way I was really happy with. Will post photos later."

"37 Yr Old with Brown Spots on Face...BBL Was Fantastic - Greenville, SC - I have laid in the tanning bed and sun a lot in my 20's and 30's. Unfortunately, last year I laid in a tanning bed with a facial tanner and when I got home after the second time of tanning I had a very dark spot on one of my checks and across the top of my lip. I went to Dr. McFadden's office and they recommended the BBL and forever peel. Dr. McFadden's office and staff is wonderful. They explained everything to me as far as the procedure and I decided to go ahead and have it done. I love the results!! I was a little red the first day, nice and red the next day and the brown spots got dark and darker, the next day the brown spots started flaking off and by day 4, they were all gone. "Botox is the Best Thing I Have Ever Done - Greenville, SC - I am a 37 year old female with two teenagers and noticed lines between my brows and crows feet over 2 years ago. It began to bother me b/c even when I was looking straight ahead or when I woke up I had deep indention's in between my brows. had Botox to correct/stop lines around my eyes (crowfeet) and in between my brows. I have now done this 5 times over the last year and a half, I go about every 3 to 4 months. "Tummy Tuck and then Pregnant! - Greenville, SC - I was divorced with 3 children when I consulted with Dr. McFadden on a tummy tuck. Although I was engaged, I was not planning to have anymore children. I was slim and had lost any baby weight (I was a size 2) but because of my 3 c-sections, I had extra skin. Dr. McFadden decided I needed a mini-tuck with reconstructing a new belly button and some lipo on hips and back. The team there was extremely helpful in planning for this surgery. The surgery was a success but the recovery was painful. Despite enduring that process, I had the results I could only wish for...within 3 months I was in a bikini on my honeymoon. Well, within 6 months...yup...you guessed it - I found out our birth control did not work as planned and I was pregnant! I freaked out, immediately started following blogs and watching videos of other women who had a tummy tuck and then got pregnant. I was nervous my abdomen wouldn't stretch, that my tuck would be ruined, etc. I ended up having another (my 4th) c-section and my ObGyn's followed the same scar as my tuck. Well my baby is already a year and I can testify that Dr. McFadden must know what he is doing! My stomach is just as flat, thank goodness I didn't get anymore stretch marks and my muscles are still tight. So, yes, you can get pregnant after a tummy tuck...and you can bounce back and look great!"
"I Feel 18 Again - Greenville, SC - I got a breast lift on March 8th (now almost 3 weeks post op) and I am loving the results. I had very minimal pain. I only had to take pain medicine for 3 days. I would say the hardest part for me was having to sleep on my back for 2 weeks since I am a side sleeper. I had breast implants under the muscle 390cc each and was a 36DD. Weight gain, gravity and two kids later I wanted my implants removed, no replacement implants and a lift. I am now a full 36B currently and I couldn't be happier. As soon as I can I want to be able to do intense workouts since I wasn't able to with DD's. This surgery was well worth it and one of the best decisions I have ever made.Updated on 5 Apr 2012:4 weeks post op. I will make sure to update new photos weekly. The nurse said at the 4 week mark I am able to wear regular sports bras as long as they have a clasp or zipper. I am able to sleep on my side or stomach. I can shower every other day instead of daily as long as all my wounds are closed. I can exercise as long as I take it easy and it doesn't involve my upper body."
