"I have been a client at ACS for many years now (since 2016 possibly?). Over the years, I have had multiple procedures done including: earlobe repair by Dr. McFadden after my daughter pulled my earring out, botox & lip filler by a few different nurses, and a breast augmentation by Dr. Felice. First and foremost, Shaina at the front desk is incredible. She has always been welcoming, responsive, and extremely helpful. I look forward to seeing her when I come into the office. You can tell the team at ACS has a "work fam" type of culture, and they do not hesitate to extend that feeing to their clients. Dr. Felice has been beyond exceptional and I truly could not be happier with my results and care I received by him, the surgical team, and staff. I am a little over a year post op from my BA, and everything just keeps looking better and better. You can tell he really takes pride in his work/technique and loves his career. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to Advanced every chance I get :)"

"Very good team - I'm a few weeks post-op for full lower extremity liposuction and can already tell a difference. Dr. McFadden discussed my expectations with me and he really listened. Dr. McFadden's team is great. They are very nice and willing to answer any questions I have. However, the surgical tech did nothing to make me feel more comfortable. She doesn't seem to be as much of a people person. I would like to mention a few things that I think the staff should consider.1. A patient should be given the option to what happens to the before and after photos. For my breast augmentation with a different surgeon, I had to sign a release to allow them to be put on the surgeon’s website. I could be wrong, but I thought the release that I signed here was only a general release about the photos. I realize they need to be taken, but I'd prefer mine to be limited to my file.2. What will happen in the operating room should be explained completely to the patient beforehand which leads me to #3.3. A patient’s dignity should be preserved as much as possible. A patient should not be uncovered until it’s absolutely necessary and the patient is asleep. I had to stand on a pad open to the doorway to the hall completely naked w/ my arms out while I was washed from head to toe with betadine before climbing up on the table (still completely naked). I knew that IT WAS NECESSARY and that it WOULD BE EMBARRASSING and I was right. However, I was not warned ahead of time. That's my big issue. It was just a shock that I was not prepared for. • I would think that it would be easy to have a 3-sided partition setup next to the table open to the table for the patient to stand behind while being washed down so that they don't feel so exposed in a large, cold room. • I realize the team needed to be able to flip me during surgery, but I still feel that surgical drapes could be used from the waist up. It only takes a few minutes to remove a surgical drape, flip the patient, then replace with another sterile surgical drape. • There should be a high drape at the patient's head between the anesthesiologist and the surgery being performed before the patient is uncovered. I have a picture of what an ideal setup would be but there's no way to upload a picture. Here's a site that shows the drape at the head: http://gomerblog.com/2016/10/puppet-show/. Here's a site with a 3-fold screen that could be used in a "U" shape.. https://medikabazaar.com/cmp-hospital-bed-screen-3-fold"

"I have to sing the praises of Dr. McFadden. It was 8yrs ago I first visited this office for breast augmentation. I had the best experience (and results) before, during, and now 8yrs after - still with zero complications (knock on wood). My mother, who accompanied me during each visit and procedure, was so impressed by Dr. McFadden that she booked her tummy tuck/liposuction through him. Fast forward 3yrs, she's still looking great... and back to the point of this post, she recommended Dr. McFadden to a coworker for her breast augmentation. Hey, go figure, her results were amazing too! Lastly, my mother is now saving up money for her own breast augmentation ... and guess who's the only doctor we trust? Definitely worth every penny. Thank you guys for always taking care of us and everyone my mom refers, haha."

"I went to Dr. Mcfadden in 2012 for my breast augmentation and was treated with so much kindness. He and his staff set all of my worries at ease. I was afraid that I wasn't going to get the size breast I wanted and I was not let down. I love my breast and I have since scheduled a tummy tuck for June 2017. This is the only place that I feel I can trust to actually listen to my needs and concerns and not be focused on making money."

"My initial appointment with Dr. McFadden to discuss a breast augmentation went very smoothly. I walked in with my checklist of questions and had also done background research on Dr. McFadden's medical/surgical credentials, licensing status and checked for any complaints made to the medical board - No issues found. Dr. McFadden and his staff were incredibly helpful and more than willing to answer every single question I peppered them with. My actual surgery went off without a hitch. There was so"

"26 Year Old Mother of Two - Greenville, SC - After having two babies and breastfeeding for over two years combined my boobies were in need of a little loving. I have always wanted breast implants but since I am now done having children and nursing I decided to go for it! I'm currently two days post opp and even though I'm still in a fairly significant amount of pain I think I will be over all very happy with my results. I had silicone implants placed under the muscle and my doctor went in through my armpits. I have 375 on the left and 400 on the right (never even realized I was a little lopsided)"

"Mommy makeover 27yr old 2 CSections - Greenville, SC - So far, I've already had my breast augmentation. My amazing Doctor didn't want to over do it with my body and my healing and suggested we split up the tummy tuck/Lipo and breast augmentation into two separate surgeries. Im thrilled with my perfect boobs and can't wait to have my tummy tuck. One month to go!Updated on 27 Mar 2016:I am so grateful for this Tummy tuck! I feel amazing already. It's been very sore and coughing, hiccups, and throwing up are complete burning hell but I am so pleased already. I had a full tummy tuck with muscle repair, Lipo of flanks and inner thighs. I'm using a lift chair, shower chair, and all my pain meds and they've helped a lot. My mom has agreed to stay longer to help with my 18mo old and 4 year old children. I'm hoping by day 9-10post op I'll be feeling physically able to care for them.Updated on 27 Mar 2016:Updated on 28 Mar 2016:Updated on 31 Mar 2016:What a wild ride this week has been. Sleeping in a chair for 7 days, missing my kids who are in the next room being cared for by someone else, an allergic reaction to steri strips, the emotional and physical aspects of this tummy tuck have been more than originally anticipated. But today is a good day!!!! I get my drains removed this afternoon, I shaved my legs today, and I put on cute panties (I've been wearing my husbands boxers for 7 days so I could clip my drains to them). I'm finally seeing some progress and I'm feeling upbeat again.Updated on 2 Apr 2016:So, today I'm weaker and in more pain then I've been in in 2 days. I want my life back, I want to play with my kids and most of all I want to stop itching. I had the steri strips removed 5days ago due to N allergic reaction. I'm continuing to get more red and swollen and it makes it difficult to see any progress. Just not a good day.Updated on 5 Apr 2016:Feeling...better! I'm alone caring for my children again, which is wonderful!!!! Since my little man is only 20months it has its physical challenges but I'm so glad to be living my life again. I'm finally seeing some progress with my incisions and all the redness. I'm on day 4 of prednisone. At this point I'm trying to stay positive and be easy on myself while I'm healing.Updated on 25 Apr 2016:I'm getting back to my life!!! Feeling like the energetic mom I love to be. I'm still getting swollen at night and there are some areas I'm not sure I'm in love with on my hips and the flank Lipo but I'm making progress with the healing and my spirits are much better than they were. There is something odd that I've never seen anyone talk about and that's the effects I feel the medication and annesthesia has had on my brain and memory. I've done things completely out of character for me lately and I've completely forgotten huge things I was excited about. There's been many occasions where I'm forgetful and again just not myself. I hope I heal from the effects surgery has had on my mind.Updated on 23 May 2016:Not too much to update. Scars are fading and I'm feeling pretty confident. I still haven't felt like work out and I went boating/jet skiing yesterday...super super sore incision today. I didn't realize until today how much I over did it."

"Breast Augmentation - Greenville, SC - I went to Dr McFadden for a breast Augmentation. I knew that he was well qualified for the procedure, but I wanted to see his staff and office to make a final decision. His staff exceeded my expectations especially especially his nurse, Tirzah. She handled my follow up appointments after the procedure. She is very down to earth and easy to communicate with. I like that she has followed me throughout this entire process. It made me feel comfortable and at ease to see her every visit. The whole process from start to finish has been amazing. I feel confident in the results that I received and would not hesitate to recommend Dr McFadden and his staff."

"Breast Augmentation/Umbilicoplasty - Greenville, SC - I am a 25 year old mother of two that has been considering breast augmentation and umbilicoplasty for five years. I had my belly button pierced while in high school and after the birth of my first child was extremely self-conscious of my naval area. I had a few other consultations with different doctors, but after my appointment with Dr. McFadden I was blown away at both his bedside manner as well as his approach to both procedures. Doing this for myself was, by far, one of the best decisions I have ever made. I went from a small B cup to a full C cup and also had umbilicoplasty. The service provided by Dr. McFadden and his staff was excellent! Dr. McFadden and his staff listened to everything I had to say and were always eager to address any questions or concerns that I had. I am two weeks post op and am extremely happy with my decision to go with Dr. McFadden and his staff!Kayla Brown"

"Tummy Tuck and Breast Reduction - Greenville, SC - Hey, I am 25 years old and mother of a 6 year boy. My surgery (tummy tuck and breast reduction) is scheduled for August 1st.... That's 3 days and I am super nervous but even more excited! I have wanted this procedure since my son was born, almost 7 years ago. I don't consider myself to be big at all, but I have a flabby stomach and major stretch marks, hence the need for a full tummy tuck with a little bit of lipo. I'm 5'5'' and 145 pounds (10 pounds are probably boobs, no lie), therefore I am also getting a breast reduction. I have had breast that were too large for my body since I was about 13! I am currently in a size 34 D sometimes DD, and since having my son, my large breast are now saggy. I originally inquired with my PS about a breast lift but he informed me because my breast were so large, and I desired smaller breast, a breast reduction would be best for me. In other words, if he lifted the breast I have, because of their size, they would end up saggy again quickly. When I tell people I am getting a tummy tuck, everyone says they don't know why because I'm not fat, which is true but they've never seen me naked! I'm not doing it to take the easy way out or to lose weight. I currently work out 5 or 6 days a week and have been working out for about 4 years. It seems that the more I work out and the more weight I lose, the more saggy and loose my skin gets. So far, I am very pleased with my PS and his staff! They have been super helpful and have very much prepared me for my upcoming surgery. I am super excited about my procedure and will give updates!"

"I Feel 18 Again - Greenville, SC - I got a breast lift on March 8th (now almost 3 weeks post op) and I am loving the results. I had very minimal pain. I only had to take pain medicine for 3 days. I would say the hardest part for me was having to sleep on my back for 2 weeks since I am a side sleeper. I had breast implants under the muscle 390cc each and was a 36DD. Weight gain, gravity and two kids later I wanted my implants removed, no replacement implants and a lift. I am now a full 36B currently and I couldn't be happier. As soon as I can I want to be able to do intense workouts since I wasn't able to with DD's. This surgery was well worth it and one of the best decisions I have ever made.Updated on 5 Apr 2012:4 weeks post op. I will make sure to update new photos weekly. The nurse said at the 4 week mark I am able to wear regular sports bras as long as they have a clasp or zipper. I am able to sleep on my side or stomach. I can shower every other day instead of daily as long as all my wounds are closed. I can exercise as long as I take it easy and it doesn't involve my upper body."

"Breast Implant Removal and Lift with No Replacement Implants - Greenville, SC - Four more days until I go in for surgery. I got breast implants when I was 22 in Sept 2004. I was a 36A and weighed 112lbs. I got 350cc in each breast and became a 36 C/D. I am now 30 and weigh 145lbs and now have 2 kids and my breast size is a 36DD. I am 5'1 and I feel like very top heavy. I can't weight to get the implants taken out and also get a lift. My surgeon told me he thinks I will be a B/C after the surgery. Which will be much better than a DD. I am very excited to get them taken out and can't remember how it feels to have normal size breasts. I will have general anesthesia which I have never had before. The costs above cover 5 visits. The consultation was very helpful and I spoke with Dr. Mcfadden and he went over everything and showed me before and after pictures of the surgeries he has preformed. The second visit was pre-op visit. During that time they explain everything that you ill need to know before surgery. They also give you your prescription to the medicines you will need to take the day before, during and after surgery. The nurses there are very helpful as well. The next appointments will be the surgery, day after surgery and 1 week post-op to take the stitches out. I will up date everyone soon and I will also make sure to post plenty of before and after pics as well."
