"I have been a client at ACS for many years now (since 2016 possibly?). Over the years, I have had multiple procedures done including: earlobe repair by Dr. McFadden after my daughter pulled my earring out, botox & lip filler by a few different nurses, and a breast augmentation by Dr. Felice. First and foremost, Shaina at the front desk is incredible. She has always been welcoming, responsive, and extremely helpful. I look forward to seeing her when I come into the office. You can tell the team at ACS has a "work fam" type of culture, and they do not hesitate to extend that feeing to their clients. Dr. Felice has been beyond exceptional and I truly could not be happier with my results and care I received by him, the surgical team, and staff. I am a little over a year post op from my BA, and everything just keeps looking better and better. You can tell he really takes pride in his work/technique and loves his career. "I first started going to ACS for Botox and lip fillers. I am a 32 year old female, so I thought my time. I was very impressed with each staff member. I walked away that day knowing I would be back. They were not pushy at all. And wanted to achieve a very natural look. 6 months later, I just had rhinoplasty with jaw and neck liposuction. I 100% trusted Dr. McFadden and whatever be thought look best. I’ve told everyone about him! He is truly talented and special!"

Advanced Cosmetic Surgery was highly recommended and I know why: superior customer service and expertise in personal esthetic treatments. Dr. McFadden was very personable, professional, and honest in advising me of possible facial treatments. He injected Botox in concerned areas on my face. I have been receiving Botox injections for the past 8 years from various professionals, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had, with little to no discomfort. "Last update: after going back for my 4th time in all and seeing Dr McFadden the last 2 times. I believe I’m finally getting the results I wanted. I appreciate him taking his time perfecting how the Botox works for me personally. Everyone is different and perfection sometimes takes time and patience. Trust the process. I also love that this establishment does not make you wear mask but yet gives you the option to wear one or if you want to ask them to wear one, they will. The choice should be yours. I think everyone should follow these same protocols. I give extra star just for that alone. Great job at being a leader during these times and providing great service at the same time This will be lengthy! I just went in for Botox and possibly fillers. Ive been to few places including Med Spas for botox and lived all over so I am aware on how Botox works The 1 thing I didn’t like about this office was lack of communication especially with me being first time customer. I was never told prices, deals or anything, I got 35 units in 3 different areas at my first appointment because I was told he wanted to be conservative, I made it clear I liked nothing to move but was told we can always do more. I never had a day where the areas I received Botox didn’t move so the next week I called and was told they did free touch ups and was made an appointment for 2 weeks out. At my follow up I got 15 more units per doctor and I added a “lip flip” which I knew would be extra. I walked out paying way more then expected. I’ve never paid for touch ups in past at other places I was never told prices or that id be paying for anything other then the “lip flip” I was shocked but paid and left hoping this time I’d achieve no movement. After this “touch up” I still saw movement in all areas where Botox was placed. I started calling to ask them questions and no one answered, I even left a VM(no one ever called me back) the next week I tried calling A few more times and I finally spoke with lady and explained my situation. I just wanted to ask their office policy and few questions on Botox etc. I felt rushed and I didn’t even receive an apology from them not returning my call. She told me their touch ups consist of 3 units!! 3 units is all you will get free at a 2nd appointment with ACS! Here I am 6 weeks later 50 units later from 1st appointment and everything moves and my glabeller area never once was “frozen” It never paralyzed that area at all. It was as if that area wasn’t even given Botox. In the past I’ve always been able to achieve no movement in that area but not here. 600$ later and it’s as if I got nothing done. Also, my lipflip lasted 1 week. I don’t recommend it. It’s not worth the money. Lastly, when calling I felt like they didn’t have time for me or to answer any questions nor did I feel like they cared, while I was asking her questions she was having conversation with someone in office and didn’t ask me to hold or anything. I save for months to get Botox, it’s something I treat myself to when I can. At previous places I’ve never had a problem with achieving no movement and if I did need touch ups, I was always given more for free or some sort of deal while being treated equally. I had high hopes for ACS and wish them the best. I couldn’t find an email to send my experience with so this is where it went unfortunately. Update: was asked to come in to re-do Botox. I wasn’t expecting anything out of my review but was happy to hear they wanted to do anything they could to make sure I was happy. Will repost again with updates."

"Dr. McFadden and his staff are great! - After doing some research for a plastic surgeon for a tummy tuck, I went in for a tummy tuck December 2019. I really liked the after results of his prior patients. For 14 years, I had been really self-conscience about my stomach after giving birth. I did not let anyone see it, nor would I look at it myself. I am so happy with my results now!I also had chin and cheek lipo. I have always had big cheeks and wanted a slimmer appearance in the jaw line. I am super happy with those results and the tummy tuck.Because of the great experience, I also returned for other services: Votiva and Botox. "Five stars! This was my first experience with Holland, Nurse Practitioner, with Advanced Cosmetic Surgery, Greenville, SC. Holland took her time to get to know me and discuss what results I wanted to achieve. She offered her suggestions on how to reach my goal and I was pleased with both her advice and her expertise. This was my first time getting Radiesse and Voluma, but Holland made me feel so comfortable, and was gentle! She numbed me first so the procedure was as comfortable as possible, and never tried to upsell or talk me into a treatment that would not be appropriate for my skin and overall objectives. Holland was fun to talk with and treated me like family, making me feel valued and welcome. This was my first trip at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery, and certainly won't be my last!"

"Best Botox administrator in town! - I'm 38 years old. I have 6 kids. I own and run a company with 15 employees full time.I started going exclusively to Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center for my routine botox, filler and skin care 5 years ago. (Prior to that, I was going to whatever practice had the best deal. That is a MAJOR problem people. Your doctor/nurse must understand your face and muscle structure along with history to inject for best results!)I've seen (and others always ask how) years shed from my face... glowing skin, no wrinkles, full lips and skin...all because I entrusted ACS and Dr. McFadden for the last 5 years. The staff knows the perfect amount to enhance and not over fill.Updated on 23 Sep 2019:I have been getting botox for over 14 years (I'm 41 now). About 7 years ago I started to notice that upon getting injections, my forehead wrinkles would not disappear as they once did. "I can't say enough about the staff and procedures at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery. I recently went in to try the new 'Liquid Nose Job' as seen on the Today show, and am really surprised at how much the filler changed the shape of my nose. After an accident as a child, I was left with a lot of scar tissue. This procedure was able to make my nose look more symmetrical. Pam was great - I'm horrible with needles! "Trying to Maintain a Youthful Appearance! - Greenville, SC - I am a 46 year old empty-nester who has found myself back in the dating scene. "Botox is the Best Thing I Have Ever Done - Greenville, SC - I am a 37 year old female with two teenagers and noticed lines between my brows and crows feet over 2 years ago. It began to bother me b/c even when I was looking straight ahead or when I woke up I had deep indention's in between my brows. had Botox to correct/stop lines around my eyes (crowfeet) and in between my brows. I have now done this 5 times over the last year and a half, I go about every 3 to 4 months. I love it b/c it is not immediately noticeable, it slowly stops the lines in between my brows and lines by my eyes over 3-4 days. They offer Botox coupons where you get money off depending on the amount of Botox given, the minimum is $20.00 given to your account and they keep up with this, they also have a various amount of specials run monthly. I have no cons at all and would recommend Dr. McFadden from Advanced Cosmetic Surgery and his staff to anyone who asks or I tell about them."
