"Dr. McFadden is wonderful and the whole experience has been wrapped in positive vibes and energy since the start. The office waiting room is beautiful with pretty decor and furniture making the experience even nicer. Advanced Cosmetic surgery has been almost a sanctuary for me in a stressful time in my life. I had a lift and complementary scar laser treatments to make them less noticeable. All of my visits (whether they are call in or part of the scheduled follow ups) are free of charge after paying for the initial surgery itself. I am so much happier after my lift. "Holland performed Resurfacing Laser on my face. She’s the best, very professional & really caring. She explained everything that she was doing plus gave me clear post directions. Patient with my questions & went over everything with my husband & made sure we both understood, said to be sure to call if we have any problems. I had the pleasure of seeing Abby for my checkup & she’s great. She makes sure you understand every phase of the healing process. Can’t say enough about this practice. "Ashley did coolsculpting on my arms. She is such a sweetheart and goes out of her way to make you comfortable. She addresses any and every concern. I also want to put in a good review for Jo. I had a rash in-between my breasts. I showed it to Ashley. She immediately got Jo to look at it. Jo advised a cream. The cream was ineffective so I called the office. She called in a prescription and that was amazing. Worked right off. I so appreciate their help. I would have had to suffer with the horrible itching until I was able to get into my regular doctor. So by both of these nice ladies going over and above their normal duties and taking the extra time and care for me I was able to be healed so quickly. I just wanted to make sure they are recognized for their efforts! Also the cool sculpting was pain free and so far in 6 weeks I've already lost a half inch on each arm. Yay!"

"Phenomenal experience!!!! - Dr. McFadden and his Staff are wonderful. I had the lower jaw line lift and laser resurfacing. I highly recommend this combo. The laser seals the deal. Dr. McFadden is an artist, the results let your natural beauty shine. My advice to everyone getting any procedure is "follow the directions"!!!!!! They are the experts. You will not be disappointed!!! They give you the tools to suceed and guide you the entire way. Everyone here is amazing. If you have been thinking of turning back the hands of time do it! "The BBL/IPL Works Wonders on Rosacea!! - Greenville, SC - I have had the BBL/IPL laser treatment done 3 times at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery, and I see amazing results in my skin. Not only did my rosacea become less noticeable, my skin feels so much more smooth now! They numb the area being treated so it is a pretty painless experience. The treatment itself feels like a pin prick and just tingles a bit afterwards."

After my first treatment I realized that I was allergic to the bandaids and it was caused a rash on my neck. I called the office and Ashley immediately addressed my concerns and provided me with a solution. Advanced Cosmetics is top notch!!!"
"38 Years Old. 2 Kids - Greenville SC - I decided to get cool sculpting on inner thighs. I am 38 years old and have 2 kids. Approximately 5'4 and 117 lbs. Working out and being active did not seem to target this area. I have only had one treatment and I definitely could tell a positive change and fat reduction after just the one treatment! The procedure was very tolerable and I had very minimal pain during and after the procedure. Immediately after the procedure they massage the area for 2 minutes. I had minimal bruising and soreness a few days after treatment. The area did itch for a week or two after treatment but wasn't uncomfortable. Would recommend this treatment in this area!"

"30 Years Old, CoolSculpting, Great Experience - Greenville, SC - Dr. McFadden and his staff were very kind, knowledgeable, and absolutely wonderful. I already have a slender build but have some stubborn areas I can't seem to get rid of with diet or exercise. I had treatment on my abdomen, love handles, inner and outer thighs, and couldn't be happier. "In two weeks since seeing Dr McFadden for a surgery consult I have used two other services at this practice both laser leg hair removal and Juviderm lip injection, Dr. McFadden has encouraged me to lose some weight before my tummy tuck and leg lipo and in two weeks I've lost 10.2 pounds. "37 Yr Old with Brown Spots on Face...BBL Was Fantastic - Greenville, SC - I have laid in the tanning bed and sun a lot in my 20's and 30's. Unfortunately, last year I laid in a tanning bed with a facial tanner and when I got home after the second time of tanning I had a very dark spot on one of my checks and across the top of my lip. I went to Dr. McFadden's office and they recommended the BBL and forever peel. Dr. McFadden's office and staff is wonderful. They explained everything to me as far as the procedure and I decided to go ahead and have it done. I love the results!! I was a little red the first day, nice and red the next day and the brown spots got dark and darker, the next day the brown spots started flaking off and by day 4, they were all gone. I would recommend this to anyone. I would also recommend that you have it on a Thursday, take Friday off and by Monday your skin looks flawless!"
