"Amazing Doctor with Caring Staff Equals RESULTS - In 2006 I went to Dr. McFadden for a mommy makeover. The quality care I received at ACS and the amazing results that was accomplished is what brought me back 17 years later for my Septorhinoplasty. I have put this surgery off for years even though my ENT kept persisting. There is no one else I would trust to perform this procedure. I was a challenging patient with a septum being deviated in multiple places as well as infant size airways. My main goal was to be able to breathe. I figured while Dr. Magic McFadden was is there he could take out my hump that I have had for 35 years. He mastered all the obstacles I threw at him. His staff was remarkable. From all the pre-op visits, the day of surgery and the visits after, they all were so informative with all the steps and procedures and what to expect. They truly care about you as a person. As far as my results, as you can see my hump is gone and my nose has more definition. However, what you can’t see is that I am no longer a mouth breather like I had been for over 30 years. I no longer take 2 medications that I was taking for constant congestion and sinus issues. This was much more that just a cosmetic procedure. It has changed my life and I am truly grateful for all that Dr. McFadden and his staff has done. If you are looking to have any procedure at all done I urge you to get a consultation at ACS because you won’t be disappointed."
"I have been a client at ACS for many years now (since 2016 possibly?). Over the years, I have had multiple procedures done including: earlobe repair by Dr. McFadden after my daughter pulled my earring out, botox & lip filler by a few different nurses, and a breast augmentation by Dr. Felice. "Hello, I saw Dr. Thomas McFadden for a scar revision on my nose. I had went elsewhere for a consultation with a woman Dr. Who made me feel humiliated for my scar. She also examined my entire face. She had only given me one option of treatment which was fat grafting. I was extremely nervous coming here after such an upsetting experience elsewhere. Dr. McFadden was warm, kind, compassionate. When I cried here he offered me a tissue, unlike other place I was at. He did not make me feel embarrassed, or worse for having a scar. I’m human after all. More importantly he took the time to explain to me many different options for treating it, opposed to the one option I was given elsewhere, and which he felt would be the best. "Dr Felice did a tummy tuck and Lipo for me. I’m about 4 weeks post op. All I can say is from the surgery itself to the post op appointments I have felt supported and listened to by all the staff! With never having a major surgery like this one, I felt like I always had questions and I loved that when I did have questions I could call and be able to talk to Dr. Felice, Dr. McFadden or Laura the nurse practitioner directly. "ACS has been amazing from beginning, throughout the entire process. Every staff member is friendly and professional from the front desk, to the nurse anesthetist, they are all clearly there to help so you have the best experience possible. Morgan was especially amazing and truly helped calm nerves prior to surgery with her bubbly personality. Dr. McFadden is not only clearly talented at what he does, but also has awesome bedside manners. Very personable and friendly but also straightforward to ensure expectations are realistic. I received a tummy tuck, trunk lipo, thighs lipo and chin lipo. I love how they go the extra step to ensure the best results, like measurement for two compression garments post surgery and providing bromelain in addition to other vitamins and medications. The facility parking can be a bit tight, but the facility itself is very modern and clean. My husband was very comfortable waiting throughout my surgery and the staff were awesome at keeping him up to date. Highly recommend ACS. They’re the best in the upstate and I will definitely be returning for future needs."

The office waiting room is beautiful with pretty decor and furniture making the experience even nicer. Advanced Cosmetic surgery has been almost a sanctuary for me in a stressful time in my life. I had a lift and complementary scar laser treatments to make them less noticeable. All of my visits (whether they are call in or part of the scheduled follow ups) are free of charge after paying for the initial surgery itself. I am so much happier after my lift. The front desk ladies are very nice and professional as well as they represent the clinic with their aesthetic appearance that you would expect in this type of office. Now on to Dr. Tom McFadden and Dr. Peter Felice, they are two of the nicest physicians I have ever met. Their knowledge and skills are exceptional. Advanced Cosmetic Surgery was highly recommended and I know why: superior customer service and expertise in personal esthetic treatments. "Last update: after going back for my 4th time in all and seeing Dr McFadden the last 2 times. I believe I’m finally getting the results I wanted. I appreciate him taking his time perfecting how the Botox works for me personally. Everyone is different and perfection sometimes takes time and patience. Trust the process. I also love that this establishment does not make you wear mask but yet gives you the option to wear one or if you want to ask them to wear one, they will. The choice should be yours. I think everyone should follow these same protocols. I give extra star just for that alone. Great job at being a leader during these times and providing great service at the same time This will be lengthy! I just went in for Botox and possibly fillers. Ive been to few places including Med Spas for botox and lived all over so I am aware on how Botox works The 1 thing I didn’t like about this office was lack of communication especially with me being first time customer. I was never told prices, deals or anything, I got 35 units in 3 different areas at my first appointment because I was told he wanted to be conservative, I made it clear I liked nothing to move but was told we can always do more. I never had a day where the areas I received Botox didn’t move so the next week I called and was told they did free touch ups and was made an appointment for 2 weeks out. At my follow up I got 15 more units per doctor and I added a “lip flip” which I knew would be extra. I walked out paying way more then expected. I’ve never paid for touch ups in past at other places I was never told prices or that id be paying for anything other then the “lip flip” I was shocked but paid and left hoping this time I’d achieve no movement. After this “touch up” I still saw movement in all areas where Botox was placed. I started calling to ask them questions and no one answered, I even left a VM(no one ever called me back) the next week I tried calling A few more times and I finally spoke with lady and explained my situation. I just wanted to ask their office policy and few questions on Botox etc. I felt rushed and I didn’t even receive an apology from them not returning my call. She told me their touch ups consist of 3 units!! 3 units is all you will get free at a 2nd appointment with ACS! Here I am 6 weeks later 50 units later from 1st appointment and everything moves and my glabeller area never once was “frozen” It never paralyzed that area at all. It was as if that area wasn’t even given Botox. In the past I’ve always been able to achieve no movement in that area but not here. 600$ later and it’s as if I got nothing done. Also, my lipflip lasted 1 week. I don’t recommend it. It’s not worth the money. Lastly, when calling I felt like they didn’t have time for me or to answer any questions nor did I feel like they cared, while I was asking her questions she was having conversation with someone in office and didn’t ask me to hold or anything. I save for months to get Botox, it’s something I treat myself to when I can. At previous places I’ve never had a problem with achieving no movement and if I did need touch ups, I was always given more for free or some sort of deal while being treated equally. I had high hopes for ACS and wish them the best. I couldn’t find an email to send my experience with so this is where it went unfortunately. Update: was asked to come in to re-do Botox. I wasn’t expecting anything out of my review but was happy to hear they wanted to do anything they could to make sure I was happy. Will repost again with updates."
"Holland performed Resurfacing Laser on my face. She’s the best, very professional & really caring. She explained everything that she was doing plus gave me clear post directions. Patient with my questions & went over everything with my husband & made sure we both understood, said to be sure to call if we have any problems. I had the pleasure of seeing Abby for my checkup & she’s great. She makes sure you understand every phase of the healing process. Can’t say enough about this practice. I feel like I’m in the best of hands. I’ve always been very impressed with Advanced Cosmetic Surgery. It begins the time you enter the waiting room with greetings & smiles. I really liked the after results of his prior patients. For 14 years, I had been really self-conscience about my stomach after giving birth. "Ashley did coolsculpting on my arms. She is such a sweetheart and goes out of her way to make you comfortable. She addresses any and every concern. I also want to put in a good review for Jo. I had a rash in-between my breasts. I showed it to Ashley. She immediately got Jo to look at it. Jo advised a cream. The cream was ineffective so I called the office. She called in a prescription and that was amazing. Worked right off. I so appreciate their help. I would have had to suffer with the horrible itching until I was able to get into my regular doctor. So by both of these nice ladies going over and above their normal duties and taking the extra time and care for me I was able to be healed so quickly. I just wanted to make sure they are recognized for their efforts! Also the cool sculpting was pain free and so far in 6 weeks I've already lost a half inch on each arm. Yay!"
"31 year old with 3 kids and 50lbs of weight loss - After doing lots of research I went with Dr.McFadden. So far I can’t say enough positives about him and his staff. From making the appointment to my consultation and surgery. When I went in Dr.McFadden answered all my questions and was very kind. I originally though I would need small implants with my lift to achieve the upper crest fullness and he was very honest that it would give me that but only for a short while until they settle and implants put more weight on the breast and could increase the chance of needing another lift along the way. I appreciated him explaining that a lot. He even explained to me how I was wearing the wrong band size and I needed to go on smaller for support. I opted for a breast lift without implants. When I had additional questions the week before I contact the care coordinator and set me up for another consultation the day before surgery to make sure all my questions were answered. I one day post op and am very little pain more uncomfortable than anything. I’ll keep updated on my progress! But so far I am extremely pleased.Updated on 15 Dec 2018:Not a lot of pain today, haven’t taken a pain pill all day. I’ll get an occasional pain underneath in the anchor pet of the scar but that’s it. I’m actually really surprised at how little pain there is. A little bit of bruising but it’s pretty minimal, maybe because of all the vitamins they have had me take. Updated on 18 Dec 2018:Some of the strips fell off between last night and today and oh man was I not ready to see what’s underneath. The scars looks freaky. Stitches around the nipple come out tomorrow at my appointment. I’m starting to notice my nipples aren’t even. I’m gonna have to remember to ask about that tomorrow. Updated on 19 Dec 2018:I had my 1 week post op appointment today. They removed the rest of the strips and took out like half the stitches. I’m actually surprised how well the vertical scar looks. Today was also day 1 back to work. It was a hectic day but not too bad as far as the girls go. "

"Five stars! This was my first experience with Holland, Nurse Practitioner, with Advanced Cosmetic Surgery, Greenville, SC. Holland took her time to get to know me and discuss what results I wanted to achieve. She offered her suggestions on how to reach my goal and I was pleased with both her advice and her expertise. This was my first time getting Radiesse and Voluma, but Holland made me feel so comfortable, and was gentle! She numbed me first so the procedure was as comfortable as possible, and never tried to upsell or talk me into a treatment that would not be appropriate for my skin and overall objectives. Holland was fun to talk with and treated me like family, making me feel valued and welcome. This was my first trip at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery, and certainly won't be my last!"

"Very good team - I'm a few weeks post-op for full lower extremity liposuction and can already tell a difference. Dr. McFadden discussed my expectations with me and he really listened. Dr. McFadden's team is great. They are very nice and willing to answer any questions I have. However, the surgical tech did nothing to make me feel more comfortable. She doesn't seem to be as much of a people person. I would like to mention a few things that I think the staff should consider.1. A patient should be given the option to what happens to the before and after photos. For my breast augmentation with a different surgeon, I had to sign a release to allow them to be put on the surgeon’s website. I could be wrong, but I thought the release that I signed here was only a general release about the photos. I realize they need to be taken, but I'd prefer mine to be limited to my file.2. What will happen in the operating room should be explained completely to the patient beforehand which leads me to #3.3. A patient’s dignity should be preserved as much as possible. A patient should not be uncovered until it’s absolutely necessary and the patient is asleep. I had to stand on a pad open to the doorway to the hall completely naked w/ my arms out while I was washed from head to toe with betadine before climbing up on the table (still completely naked). I knew that IT WAS NECESSARY and that it WOULD BE EMBARRASSING and I was right. However, I was not warned ahead of time. That's my big issue. It was just a shock that I was not prepared for. • I would think that it would be easy to have a 3-sided partition setup next to the table open to the table for the patient to stand behind while being washed down so that they don't feel so exposed in a large, cold room. • I realize the team needed to be able to flip me during surgery, but I still feel that surgical drapes could be used from the waist up. It only takes a few minutes to remove a surgical drape, flip the patient, then replace with another sterile surgical drape. • There should be a high drape at the patient's head between the anesthesiologist and the surgery being performed before the patient is uncovered. "Jawline and Neck Liposuction - Even at my skinniest, I held on to fat in my neck. Really needing a tummy tuck after my twins but not really being ready to shell out that kind of money, I opted to fix the one part of your body that you can’t hide. I wish I would’ve done it sooner. The difference is incredible and it hasn’t even been a week yet. Worth it ????Updated on 11 Nov 2017:Bruising post opUpdated on 19 Nov 2017:So the first few days after were great. I? was in more pain but less swollen. I? stopped wearing the garment and that was a mistake. "Liposuction Here I Come - I’ve worked out for years and tried everything in the book. At the end of the day I like food and lack discipline but once I?m in a routine i stay consistent. Liposuction will give the confidence to continue my journey. I have talked to two people who use Dr. McFadden and my surgery is set for 12/20.Updated on 9 Nov 2017:So I’ve been playing with this app for some before and after pictures. I think it looks ok. I?m getting excited! Updated on 21 Dec 2017:Pre-Op and post op sneak peek; I had every intention of putting more on here but it seems as if my nerves got the best of me. The before pictures were right before the doctor started drawing on me. I have small rolling veins and didn’t consider. So the anesthesiologist has to insert the IV into my hand after numerous tries. They like to only stick you once so I prayed that of this was for me, it would work. AND it did! Once I was in the OR and they administered the anesthesia, I don’t remember much. The last picture is of everything they took out. My mom and girl friend said it looked like chitterlings. LOL. The pain is UNREAL when I try to move around but when I’m still, it’s bearable. Let’s see what tomorrow brings!Updated on 21 Dec 2017:Updated on 25 Dec 2017:So the pain is gone but the swelling and bruising is in full effect. Yikes! I have my first doctors appointment on the 27th so 1 more day. I’m down to pain medicine once a day and vitamins 3 times a day. I still have this odd ringing but other than that, I feel like I’m recovering nicely. Any advice or tips?Updated on 1 Jan 2018:I’m finally starting to feel like myself again! The first few days were HORRIBLE. Now my energy level is coming back and the ringing in my ear isn’t as bad but still there. They say it takes a while to see the results but I think I can finally see them and my weight has gone down by 11 lbs. What do you all think? Results or No? Updated on 18 Jan 2018:So it’s been 4 weeks and I can finally see the difference. I’m told it only gets better! I start working out next week so I’m excited! The initial pain was horrible but I remember the nurse telling me I would initially hate her but then I’d love her, she’s right! I’m pleased with everything except my back. I don’t see a change at all but I’m being patient. There’s hopefully an option for correction but I can’t do anything if I will feel the pain that I felt before. "

"450CC HP MemoryGel Silicone - 29 Years Old - 5'9 135lbs - 1 Child - I've always wanted bigger breasts. After puberty I topped out at about a 34b. Both my mom and my older sister got the big boob gene, but I was skipped! At 21 I had my first, and only, child. I breastfed and had huge knockers at that time, lol. After I stopped breastfeeding and lost the baby weight, I was left with a less perky 34a. I have my breast aug scheduled for June 8th, 2017!Updated on 13 Jun 2017:The last several days have been a blur! I intended to update each day after. I knew from the start if chosen the right surgeon. Dr. McFadden and his team are phenomenal. I couldn't have had a more pleasant, easy experience. I'm 5'9 135, pre op size was a small 34b. I ended up with 450cc HP mentor silicone unders via transaxillary incision. Hoping to be a D cup once everything settles. Very happy so far! My one week post op appointment is ok Thursday.Updated on 27 Jun 2017:Things are going well, incisions are healing and breasts are dropping. My PS told me I could only strap at night now. I was expecting another 2 weeks of the strap 24/7, so this was a pleasant surprise!! Right now measuring a 34D/32DD. They still have a lot of dropping to do. Couldn't be happier!"

I couldn't find another place on this site to tell this side story. So if there's a better place for this little story...oops! Anyway, I became pregnant 2 years after a tummy tuck. I was happy about the pregnancy but afraid of ruining my results. I was very conscious about my eating and exercise to control my weight gain. I gained about 25-30 lbs. My tummy tuck didn't suffer AT ALL from the pregnancy. I did choose to have some other areas addressed about a year after that pregnancy (love handle looseness). That revision was about $1-1.5k. I didn't absolutely need it, but it was an area I ALWAYS obsessed about and am PLEASED with this procedure already...it hasn't even been two weeks yet. My advice is to watch the weight gain. Eat adequate protein and fresh fruits and vegis. Try to workout too. I lifted weights and ran until a week before I delivered and was fine. Just keep in candid conversation with your doc about your diet and physical activity to ensure health of pregnancy and baby. It's not a death sentence to your flat tummy to get pregnant after a tummy tuck. Just make healthy choices!"

Working out and being active did not seem to target this area. I have only had one treatment and I definitely could tell a positive change and fat reduction after just the one treatment! I never wanted to get my hair wet in public and never pulled it up. I dreaded volleyball because ponytails were required. Since then I hid behind my hair. My left ear (which was the problem ear from night 1) at the top springs outward almost as much as it did before, so it doesn't seem to have held. :( I'm hoping it can be simply stitched back. They had noticed it sticks out more than the right side and that I should wait until at least 4 months to see how they position before we do anything more. My last follow-up appointment is in a few weeks. I'm just not liking how much they have relaxed...the left side sticks out too much for having had surgery; the right side is still good, so long as it doesn't pop out anymore. I'm hopeful that Dr. McFadden will fix them (especially the left ear back) just how he had it right after the procedure as that was the way I was really happy with. Will post photos later."

"Fat Transfer to Breasts - Greenville, SC - The I had hip and thigh liposuction along with fat transfer to my breasts and all I can say is that my results are awesome! I have lost alot of weight and I was not happy with my breasts, but now I not only have larger,rounder and more full breasts, but I also have slimmer hips. What could be better? "Tummy Tuck and then Pregnant! - Greenville, SC - I was divorced with 3 children when I consulted with Dr. McFadden on a tummy tuck. Although I was engaged, I was not planning to have anymore children. I was slim and had lost any baby weight (I was a size 2) but because of my 3 c-sections, I had extra skin. Dr. McFadden decided I needed a mini-tuck with reconstructing a new belly button and some lipo on hips and back. The team there was extremely helpful in planning for this surgery. The surgery was a success but the recovery was painful. Despite enduring that process, I had the results I could only wish for...within 3 months I was in a bikini on my honeymoon. Well, within 6 months...yup...you guessed it - I found out our birth control did not work as planned and I was pregnant! I freaked out, immediately started following blogs and watching videos of other women who had a tummy tuck and then got pregnant. I was nervous my abdomen wouldn't stretch, that my tuck would be ruined, etc. I ended up having another (my 4th) c-section and my ObGyn's followed the same scar as my tuck. Well my baby is already a year and I can testify that Dr. McFadden must know what he is doing! My stomach is just as flat, thank goodness I didn't get anymore stretch marks and my muscles are still tight. "I Feel 18 Again - Greenville, SC - I got a breast lift on March 8th (now almost 3 weeks post op) and I am loving the results. I had very minimal pain. I only had to take pain medicine for 3 days. I would say the hardest part for me was having to sleep on my back for 2 weeks since I am a side sleeper. I had breast implants under the muscle 390cc each and was a 36DD. Weight gain, gravity and two kids later I wanted my implants removed, no replacement implants and a lift. I am now a full 36B currently and I couldn't be happier. As soon as I can I want to be able to do intense workouts since I wasn't able to with DD's. This surgery was well worth it and one of the best decisions I have ever made.Updated on 5 Apr 2012:4 weeks post op. I will make sure to update new photos weekly. The nurse said at the 4 week mark I am able to wear regular sports bras as long as they have a clasp or zipper. I am able to sleep on my side or stomach. I can shower every other day instead of daily as long as all my wounds are closed. I can exercise as long as I take it easy and it doesn't involve my upper body."
